Yup, Aztec, the big quart size container, that's the brand I have too. External use only, officially I guess. great for high enemas... kills parasites like crazy so if you do that at least once a week for a while, me personally, I'd say forego the herbal parasite cleanse till a month or two downline, let the clay do it's thing for a bit first. That'll drive the critters insane enough they will exit quickly if you have any major ones, then you can tackle what's leftover elsewhere later with the herbals.

It's very effective and gets rid of mercury too, cannot beat that. Use about 2-3 teaspoons in an enema bag, use about 3-5 enema bags full of water overall. rinse with at least one full bag of clear water (flush) after the clay.

really keeps my bronchitus under control too, the clay enemas, amazing. i have not woken up wheezing I think all month, maybe just 3 weeks but that's amazing because it's pollen season and I should be wheezing like crazy. Tooks several weeks of clay enemas to get to thsi point though. If 8 days go by and I haven't done the enema thing it's comes back i've noticed so i have been trying to stay on a 5-7 day schedule. If all goes well, my body will heal itself of it by mid-summer I'm hoping. maybe it's actually a parasite I'm thinking, could be, anything's possible I suppose.
