I have no idea about eating brains, just was talking about the 90 day break inbetween bug killing campaigns, which I though was interesting that others don’t agree with him. HM is the Barefoot Doctor who is famous-ish-in-a-health-freak-kinda-way. Personally I think he’s a cock, but that doesn’t get away from the fact the he knows his stuff.

RG has a load more cleanses on his website now, so I will do a “lung cleanse” after the parasite cleanse. Then a herbal liver cleanse after that. Liver flushing doesn’t agree with me now, so that will fit the bill just perfectarooney-ly.

I’m 4 days in HW and have a tad of heartburn and feel a tad itchy, but its all very vague and unsymptomlike at the moment. I keep thinking this round nothing will happen and it will be a breeze for the 30 days…..but deep down I gotta that feeling that I will get the same old tough time....

Finally after almost 5 months…yes 5 months….my adrenal supplements are kicking in. My temps have stabilised big time now, feeling better and better. No weird dreams….i am proud to say that is not one of my problems! I have re-started dreaming again now, I have a couple a week. Last year I didn’t have any. Its nice to dream. Infact I had a nightmare the other day……I dreamt all the chelation I had done so far was for nothing because the bloody butchers had left loads of amalgam in my mouth and it re-distrubuted all in to my brain and…..well yeah…anyway…you get the picture. But just a nightmare, nothing more sinister than that.
