Go slow and gentle with the enema kit Rachel. Tuberose.com has instructions for the high enema, and they sell bentonite clay there for a real good price too if you need that. The bentonite clay in the enema is very healing, really cleans up your colon. I have been using that once a week, for several weeks now at least. What a difference. I did some hydrotherapy sessions before I did the enemas so I had an idea of what to do, but the tuberose page is good too.
