I like your pics.Your garden is looking good. You have a pretty yard. I started my herb garden a couple of weeks ago and so far is looking pretty good. I will get some pics and post them later. We are still working on the garden part. Its been a tough couple of weeks. I ordered the liver gall bladder flush from Dr schulze and prepared for a week off and so I am happy to report I am on day 2 and so far so good. Yesterday was rough not pain just time consuming and the herbs are making me a little dingy but a nice feeling, calming sometimes sad. Don't know where the sadness is coming from but I will deal with it.
I think this will be the cleanse that really helps me. The first round on the colon cleanse helped so much. I am starting the juice fast today so if you have any good juicing recipes I would be very appreciative. I have not ever really gotten hard core with the juicing so this should be a new adventure for sure but all this stuff is a new adventure every time you begin a new one. Kind of exciting,challenging but not as hard as people want to think. Just all different. Anyways good luck on the gardening. Hey did you say you stopped taking all the supplements? I thought I seen that in a post and if you did how are you feeling? I have been thinking about cutting some of mine back. I ordered the super food too from Dr schulze and it really gives you a boost....not so sure of the taste though. Its one of those things you have to learn to enjoy. I am trying though...it seems like really good stuff. Sure gives me a jump start, thats for sure. I will get some pics later and let you see what I have planted.

I got an aleo vera plant and so far so good. I am only watering it about once a month and is looking good. Thanks for the tips. How are you btw?
