This round I have only had black bits a bobs that looks like the first pic on this link.

I don’t fish around too much, but when I do there are black bits and green rubbery strands. Also getting liver flukes and tomato skins regular.
But no jet black BM’s…which is a relief. My opinion is that this is NOT blood in the BM. Maybe it was on the first HW and the second HW but this time no BM’s that are completely black.
I know that's where I would be headed at this point if I were experiencing so much of it.

but I would look into blood cleansing herbs or something to add into what you've got going already... There are a few can't think of them offhand, i'll keep it on my mental list and add in later. The teas you drink are probably already doing a bit of that
– yes, that is one of the reasons I am having an extended run on essiac tea which I have been taking for about 3 months now. That’s is a good blood detoxer.
I have done 1 x 30 days on Humaworm.
Waited 90 days,
Did my second 1 x 30 days Humaworm plus at the same time 1 x 30 days bowel cleanse.
Waited 40 days.
Now doing 1 x 30 days bowel cleanse….i’m about 15 days in.
That’s it. So 60 days parasite cleansing and 45 days bowel cleansing which will go upto 60 days soon. I never did anything else before. I also done 2 kidney cleanses with the kidney tea and 10 liver flushes. I am chelating too at the moment. Round 12.
After the bowel cleanse I will kidney cleanse for 2-3 weeks, to use up some old herbs.
I just ordered my third Humaworm parasite cleanse….EXTRA STRENGTH this time. I will start that in mid april.
That’s the current plan of action.
