Hi Rachel

You are not losing your mind by doing all these cleanses, you are helping yourself in the best possible way. Makes me real happy to hear you taking control of your health in such a very positive way. Heart warming because I know exactly how rewarding it is. To research something you’ve never heard of until recently, understand it, decide to try it….and then to actually get better from it…..yes….most rewarding indeed.

Keep up the good work, you will just keep on getting better and better, (although watch out for the two steps forward and 1 step back)

I too am starting to get some nice comments about looking better, more healthy, makes me want to tell them about all the hard work it took…..but….no point.
I must admit I have completely given up talking about these things in real life to Muggles. It’s too difficult; they don’t and won’t understand and just think I’m a freak. Best to just keep quiet. That’s one of the reasons I like it here….people are keen to get better, they listen and there is lots to learn from every single thread.

The support in the rough patches is life saving.

I got similar problems with my dad. He will not listen….he is very ill and will not do anything to help himself…..he is just angry at me for presuming that I know better than him. I have read 30-40 health books and countless webpages and countless forum posts…..he has read nothing, not a bean. I don’t know what to do, so all I can do is lead by example and get better myself. My Mum’s on board, but Dad is the one that needs to listen. Denial is much easier.

Good luck on the bowel cleanse, once you understand whats what, there’s nothing to get freaked about…but talking about bowel cleanses in my office! Errrrr…..no.

Enjoy the Cutler book. I found it amazing, he reeled off my life in his pages, all those symptoms, even from as far back as a kid……all added up to mercury being a big old problem for me. Not the best written book by a long long shot, but the information it contains has saved my sorry arse….LOL

Take care
