well big wind storm the other day, gets windy here, knocks trees down every year during winter... and the neighbor knocks on the door to tell me to go pick up the trees he cut so anyway that kept me pretty busy. I got a huge cord, all cut just had to split it. so anyway no time to download pics maybe tomorrow. Massive trees.

The lasagna was great. need the recipe? I split so much wood and then ate so much lasagna and then I had to lay comatose on the couch for 4 hours.

I did start taking the colon cleanse herbs again, just on the evening, hoping to be able to get back to the full routine for a week or so by Friday, maybe. well at least now I know where the parasites kept coming from. I thinks it's obvious to me now you really do have to do both a parasite cleanse and colon cleanse simultaneously. They probably went to hide there when I started using the black wlanut hull bigtime. Really metal smelly. I am going to do a few of the colon cleanse tablets a 2-3 times a month from now on forever just simply to help unload, especially while chelating, i like to eat the cilantro pesto and will probably do that forever. I used bentonite clay in the enema also, that might explain the heavy duty metal smell too. glad it's gone, today's bit anyway. I haven't smelled it that strong since last year.

I did a colon cleanse in Jan or Feb of last year too when I was feeling real sick. If I had any black gunk maybe it went then. I really don't remember but I was real sick and whatever came out during the cleranse I would have just glanced at it and flushed, really didn't want to know, I was too sick to care and so sick very little would have surprised me.
