I'd ask the experts... maybe color blindness plays a role. i distinctly see a few chemtrails in each of your 2 first photos...... but relatively very clear skies otherwise. The 20 degree angles in conjunction with horizontal wispy clouds are a telltale chemtrail giveaway. And i see a teeny contrail with jet in the balloon cord pic. what Is that other white spot behind the contrail?

We get gorgeous blue blue skies like that here too. I have often thought to send up some pics but didn't want to make anyone feel bad. But like I said, I have been seeing chemtrails too. It's a very weird program whatever it is.

Well that's it. The kid is ruined for life. You'll have to keep an eye on her now or make it a yearly adventure. What a neat place to learn to ski. There are going to be a lot of floods and landslides from so much snow in parts of the US this winter come springtime. Fun while it lasts I guess. I am about skied out for the season I think. That week of heavy duty constipation really put a damper on me. I am over it... but still, left me a tad weak from all the accompanying cleansing.

Put just a tad of water in with the marinade. You will love that, it's the best i have ever had for lamb. Very tender. I use lots of rosemary. Did you put some garlic in there? garlic is good in there too. Cuts the lamb fat. Doesn't take much, just a couple cloves sliced up.

Roast beef for me today. really have to get some pretty artwork finsihed here... finish is the word... I putz around too much. I pretty much had to give up my art career for ten years to raise the kid. I used to still work at it a lot when she was little but she wanted to help all the time. Hey I now know the meaning of aaaarrrgghh when doing a colon cleanse.

Still no black gunk here though. I don't think I have any. I should have seen some by now. Just hard compacted junk that is probably that darn stuff from the turning parts at the sides of my colon that has been bothering me a while. think i am pretty much free of it though. Saw some parsites, several. Some other wierd stuff. I think were little pockets of dead parasites trapped in there too getting moldy or something, growing fuzzy stuff on themselves, all gone it seems. I might actually be able to do cartwheels again in a couple weeks. Feeling rather free down there. It's good. I am a pro at high enemas by now. 2-4 per week flushes out some amazing things. Feels like heck coming out what a relief when it's gone. Now I understand what it meant when I read about incomplete cleanses.

I am actually taking a breather for a few days from it all. Takes up a lot of time, quite a chore. 48 years of crap y'know.
