Hi Skies, yeah, was great to get away on holiday. The weather was fabulous. 6 days out of 7 there where no clouds whatsoever, so I had sun shining on me every day….i always feel better when I get out in the sun……always.

I even went up in a hot air ballon for a couple of hours…..was great. Went up to 9000 feet ….. and not a cloud in the sky……..i could see soooo far

By the way, I totally approved of the way you are going about healing yourself up. Really is a pleasure to see someone focused, in charge and giving it everything to get better. So many people just don’t get it. You really do have to do so many different things to heal, not just chelation.
I don’t know why you are reacting to sulphur foods now. I have read people saying it comes and goes depending mercury status. Mine was fine, then was very un-fine, and I think I’m back to fine again, although I’m a bit chicken to test it too much. You have a great plan of action there…..and a plan of action is most important. Congrats. Nope I did not ski, Boo hoo…..i totally miss skiing. The worst part was not being able to ski with my daughter…..she totally loved it, is totally head over heals about skiing. She feels the need for speed! The last day she was whooshing down the slopes…I wish I could have skied with here then…..hopefully next year. She is 7 years old.
