.. and no one around here notices anything different anyway, I actually had to ask after a day of no comments whatsoever... hmmm looks darker and redder to me... maybe they are color blind.

oh well got rid of a few grey strands at least as far as my mirror is concerned. I like it.

The enema routine is going quite well btw. I have been doing the colon cleanse herbs every other day only at night to give my body a bit of a break with that, but staying to the high enema routine as suggested by the Tuberose site, every few days. The bentonite clay works really well with that. I think I have caused a lot of old yucky stuff to start releasing, saw some things in the toilet last evening that I have never seen before.

I feel real good too. Not perfect perfect, but real good.
