Well...

That was easy. And to think I had to think about a DIY project of this sort for several months before doing it.

a lot of scum and a load of what appeared to be mucous and/or old psyllium. an oily/slick film in the toilet bowl... probably mercury residue or lead in there... and the dull ache at the base of my spine is... pretty much gone... overnight! Major bm this morn and I am back in action! I have a very very slight dull ache left there.

what a relief. That ache spreads into my back and hips and is very troubling. I need that 2 or 3 times a week for a while I think. sure beats driving into town and paying $75. probably not as effective as a professional colonic, I used the high enema method, but still obviously quite effective.

I used a bit of H2O2 in filtered/boiled then cooled water and then added bentonite to some of it too. After I added the bentonite a whole bunch of weird looking white/tannish stuff came out. The clay is great, loosens all sorts of stuff apparently. My colonic lady never used h2o2 or bentonite either so this is great for me. I think a lot of my mercury/other toxin problems are caused by that nasty residue clinging to my colon more than anything else. I always get sick when i get constipated but feel pretty darn good when things are in order down there.

gosh that was easy. I did it in the bathtub and emptied into the toilet bowl.

So I'll keep taking the herbals, but not quite so much for me Sunshine... I was in the grocery store yesterday and would have actually spent a few more minutes picking up some movies for the weekend but I had to get to the loo real bad and so had to leave quickly... I can't deal with a whole month of that. I think the high enema in combo with some herbals is probably more effective for me anyway.

very easy.
