$hit sorry, I misread your post. I thought you where talking about humaworm the parasite cleanse.

For the bowel cleanse that is different.

I took
4 caps at noon, prior to food
5 caps at bedtime

but I did this at the same time as the parasite cleanse so this was special to me.

looking at humaworm bowel cleanse dosing website …………it says………..
