Aloe vera is a very good cleanser. I have no idea about chelating merc, but from what I understand the mercury gets lodged in various organs and in any bacteria, fungus, parasites, deposites, so when you clean ‘em out…the mercury comes out too. some of it comes out in yr BM, some of it redistributes. You should unblock yrself asap as u don’t want any re-absorbsion in from the bowels, I know this can happen. Maybe try a Epsom salt flush if u need to do it to quick….just don’t eat close to the flush….otherwise will make you nauseous.

Aloe Vera has been used to heal both internally and externally. It greatly speeds the healing of many skin injuries, including ulcerations, burns, hives and poison ivy and also acts as a laxative. Aloe latex is a powerful laxative, but because it can cause painful cramping, it is not used frequently for this purpose. Other milder herbal laxatives such as cascara sagrada and senna are usually recommended first.
Aloe use has also been suggested in connection with diabetes, ulcers, and other conditions. However, presently no conclusive clinical studies have supported this assertion.

I did my first castor oil pack this week. Quality….i will be doing more of them for sure. Made me fell real nice and relaxed that did. Warm and fuzzy feeling all the next day.
My biz is not directly related to the stock market. I deal with Oil Tankers which has it’s own natural rhythms, but the stock market dump does not help.
I was at a big football match(soccer) last night. My team won 5-1 against out biggest rivals. We are now in the final which will be played at the national stadium, 90,000 capacity, brand spanking new Wembly stadium. I sang my heart out last night, all night long. Its very tribal over here! My throat is ripped to shreds…..but I’m as happy as a sandboy.
