Thanks Sunflower, luckily she takes after her mother!
Daily liver flushes…do you do that first thing in the morning? I always start the day with a pint of warm salted water and 1 or 2 cups of herbal tea. Before or after?
Builders packed up today. They have mostly finished now. Just the porch steps to build, flower beds to construct and position. Some outside painting and a few odd jobs here and there. Oh yeah and the lights need doing. Oh yeah and the floor in the hall to. Ummmmm…. lots more to be done. But they cleaned up and cleared out for Christmas. So we have a bit of peace and quite now. its still dusty but no more to be added until the next year.
Christmas shopping is completed too.
Sos: do you drink?

I would do the normal morning routine, whatever it is, eat... then slug down the oily grapefruit juice just before heading out the door or getting to work. Give yourself a couple hours of that without anything else behind it, ideally. But I drink tea all day and that doesn't seem to have hindered me. I just drank some oily about 30 minutes ago and then headed to my desk with a cup a tea.
Drink? But barely, I might buy a half dozen 6 packs of beer throughout the hot summer. I really love fresh beer from a microbrewery. My absolute favorite. Got to go out for that though. Wine? i might buy a bottle of smooth dry cabernet every few weeks in the winter. I'm a cheap date... 2 beers and I need a nap, and I can sip a half glass of wine for 4 hours. That's about it. But I love a glass of red wine in the winter by the fire, yeah. If it's the wrong brand it'll just sit here on the shelf till a brave guest shows up to drink it. has to be juuussst right or I'll get an astounding headache.
Mostly I drink green tea, echinacea tea off and on.

My days of flaming sambucas are long gone Sunshine.
What do people drink in London these days? those drinks with the little umbrellas in them?
I hate Bristish food. nothing personal, great stout, the worst food in the world though. Well chinese might be worse, then there's always pierogies.
Maybe it's just the british restaurant food. It's like they cook everything in a fry pan or something. the same fry pan. Maybe mine is just an isolated experience I have no idea.

I been tea-total for 2 years now. ……..hummmmmp! I miss it. Makes me feel like a leper, unable to join in all the fun like I used to……
Alright! Battle stations! Looks and feels like the action is gonna start now. Last night I passed some strange black gunk. My BM’s was slimy & jet black, but I’m talking nasty, black death type black. Gloppity glop nasty. That was something unnatural slithering out of me, yuck! Better out than in and that’s for sure. I wonder what it was? Was it parasite related or bowel related? Maybe mucoid plaque? I donno. I will have to ask on curezone. After I passed that I felt really good. I was in a real good mood with limited aches and pains.
This morning I have woken up to muscle weakness in my lower back and major body itches all over my back and face. If I’m getting this in the morning, makes me think it will get worse later in the day. Today is gonna be …………….. interesting. I’m going to the theatre too.
Yeah…….face is itchy now. legs too. so yeah….full body itching. My eyes itch too.
I am happy to be killing whatever I am killing.
Scalp itches now.
Even though this is going to get uncomfortable….it needs to be done.
Leg itching now.
I may need reminding of this if things get out of hand.
Chest itching.
But no pain no gain.
Nose itching now.
Gonna have to drink a lot of water now. I don’t want no blockages and that’s for sure. I got blocked last time and needed colonics. I had the jet black junk last time too. I needed 2 days off work last time I felt so drained afterwards.
Face itching……..
Toes itch
Leg itch
Neck

That sounds kind of scary Sunshine. The itching combined with the lower back weakness, well you probably do have some parasite related things going on there but the lower back weakness, the only thing that ever did that to me was mercury in the bowels. And... mercury can also cause itchy sensations in the face and head.
I'd take some DMSA if I were you.
I remember you mentioning the jet black bm's before. But, I also remember you saying you were taking charcoal during amalgam removal so, probably it's from that. I do know blood in the intestines can cause black stools too, it's old blood by the time it gets all the way out, but I bet it's the charcoal. In combo with the lower back weakness I'd say yeah, most likely charcoal and you moved something from somewhere higher up finally... it must have been sitting in there quite a while then.. because your removals were weeks, months ago.
Take some DMSA, I would do about 50-100 mgs per day for a couple days and see if that doesn't help the lower back clear out quicker. It can't possibly hurt to do the dmsa, I would not do rounds though. It really does sound like major mercury release Sunshine. You might want to stay on top of it.
I didn't drink a drop of alcohol for probably 11-12 years or so, but between frineds and family coming up here for vacations and fun I eventually gave in just a little bit.
I really don;t like the way alcohol makes me feel if I drink too much. I can drink all evening with friends and have a great time but I'll pay for it all week, so it's really not worth it. I have a '2' limit fior the most part, once a week at most. Except red wine, I can sip just a tad every day, I love the taste of a great red wine, I hate getting drunk though. I must have drank all the wine last month, I didn't find any in the cabinet.
A neighbor gave me some homemade brew a few months ago and I drank some of that one evening and oh my gosh, what a mistake. Took me a couple weeks to get over it. That stuff was the worst. Alcohol really slows me down. I can handle a shot or two of vodka on a rare occasion, a little bit of strong alcohol is good for the blood now and then the old people say. Kills stuff, cuts fat.
take some dmsa please.
I am getting enormous amounts of spam email these days, I cannot figure out what is going on, this is twice or 3 times the usual amount. I have blocked new IP addresses I've picked out and it still keeps coming from other places. I really have to figure something out here.

Itchin’ like crazy today. I’d give it 7/10 for itchiness. Comes and goes, but it’s itchy all the time to some degree. ….ear…..the less I do, the more itchy I get.
My mercury symptoms are usually muscle weakness and ….nose…. brain fog. I have had…..head….no brain fog. The muscle weakness has been here for 2 weeks now….eyebrows…..
So, I think this is ….head…. the parasite cleanse. Especially with the black goop happening too.
Last parasite cleanse I got the itch…..head and toes….es real bad for a good 5 days…..neck…..
Ummmmm, can’t concentrate with all this itchin’
See ya later

quite possible the lower back weakness is simply from all the black gunk, which was probably charcoal? which would have been holding mercury and who knows what else.
it probably was charcoal right, the black gunk?
parasites release toxins when they die too, you know that i'm sure... mercury being one of those toxins.
But i know how you feel about the dmsa... i probably should have taken some today too (ate cilantro pesto) but decided to wait...
the christmas cookies are real good though... lots of sugar in there oooh.
I haven't felt the lower back weakness in a good few months, from my end I have that tagged as a definite sign of mercury in the stomach/bowels. Kind of leaks through I think and affects the whole lower back. It actually did go away here. Something like that can really worry you, you start to think, wow now I have to live with this forever... but, it really is gone.
dumb rain, there goes my ski day tomorrow. it is supposed to stay cold now and snow snow snow. soon hopefully.

Considering I used to drink every single day, me being tea-total is an unbelievable situation. Firstly because things got so bad I was forced to give up and secondly that I actually managed to successfully give up. (But things got SO SO bad I was forced to.) Some years, in my 20’s, I went down the pub every single day. In my late 20’s I was out 5 nights a week, out on the town. Don’t forget I smoked pot everyday for 10 years too. On the 1st January 2008 it will be 10 years since I gave up smoking. I had to give up ALL my vices. Every single one of them! ……(head in hands)… My diet does now allow the odd cheat, I have some special eco friendly, sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, soya free dark chocolate. Tastes lovely, but because it is free of all the usual crap I don’t lust after it. It tastes good, but not wonderful. I have one square at a time, maybe once or twice a week. keeps me sane, just to be able to break the rules. But, yeah, I miss the booze, but more than that, I miss the social contact. That’s what it was all about. Hanging out with clients, friends, colleagues and now I can’t do that. Muscle weakness stops me going to the pub. Its just too uncomfortable standing up for longer than 10 mins at a time…..and the booze makes me ill still Ummmmmm…..grumbling a lot this morning aren’t I! Slept pretty bad last night. I was itchin’ all night long. Looked in the mirror this morning….i have big scratch marks all down my back, front, arms and legs. Do you know the famous Chinese proverb? “Go to sleep with itchy bottom, wake up with smelling finger!” LOL….sorry could not resist that old chestnut! The itchin’ is now non-stop. I am constantly itchin’ it is very annoying and uncomfortable and unpleasant……but……hallelujah! I know when this is over I will feel better. This is what happened last time too, so my fingers and toes are crossed this will be a giant step forward for me. I just hope my shoulder pain is reduced. Black gunk…..no its not charcoal. I had a fish about in there and it was slimy jet black deathly evil $hit. Charcoal has a kind of grainy texture, and this was not like that. I think it may have been mucoid plaque http://www.shazzie.com/raw/articles/mucoid.shtmlThe first and the fourth picture looks like what I had. I will ask in curezone when I get a moment. I need to read up about it, because I don’t know anything Mucoid plaque, Lovely! Anyway…..moving on…….. cookies…..i still eat my cocmacapump cookies every day. I do benefit from all the strange ingredients, especially the Maca powder which has been good for my libido. I tripled the maca powder quantities. I have a new ingredient for the next batch….blackstrap molasses. I will bake them today. ….. I guess they could be classed as a cheat? Maybe, maybe not? Muscle weakness is a mercury thing. I returned on my 4th round of dmsa, which was the nasty round. The 5th round did not make it go and since I have been on all these cleanses so no more dmsa. I am real glad I stopped the rounds. No way would I want all this itchin’ together with rounds. If I feel the mercury moving, ie brain fog I can always start dmsa and see what happens….but right now I got enough going on. My mum called, but I have typed enough for now

yeah, ummm, that is real gross caca.
I don't know what to say, keep us informed I guess.
Do you think the black gunk you're seeing is a result of not only the parasite cleanse but all the liver cleansing, that possibly you cleansed down to that layer where it was reachable... the person who put up the page with the photos, did they do the liver cleanse routine to achieve that too do you know?
Scary stuff... really out there. I really should get to me 4th big liver cleanse here, maybe toward the end of this week.
I wasn't aware the muscle weakness had you that down. Lots of days I can barely stand sitting for more than 10 minutes. I need to be up and doing something... Doing my firewood routine has helped me a lot, that is pretty strenuos work. I was huffing and puffing my first couple days of it last month but I think I have reached equlibrium with it,, which feels good. I am putting on my boots now to go another hour or 2 with the chainsaw this afternoon... blade is sharpened... I can cut a weeks worth of firewood in a couple hours with a sharp chain. And... my arms aren't hurting after it anymore. I have been taking my calcium/magnesium supplements faithfully, helps me a lot I think. The chelating leaves me a bit low on those, and zinc. I did succumb to 50 mgs of DMSA before bed last night.
Maybe a shower with some iodine mixed into a soapy wash cloth would help the itching. Otherwise, wear gloves to bed. heh smelly finger yiiiiiccck!!!

Black gunk: don’t know what it is. I have not liver flushed for 6 months or so. The parasite cleanses do help the liver a bit. Someone on curezone said I could be blood. If you have internal bleeding then Bm’s come out black. Not a nice thought really, but Bm’s back to normal now.
Muscle weakness has been one on my major symptoms. Major bad news, it is better since I been Hg free, but came back on 4th round. I can sit all day long, but standing still for longer than 15 mins hurts. Standing for 1 hour hurts real bad. In the garden I have to be aware of my back at all times. Axe work is off the cards now.
Tried a new protocol today….first thing it did was bloat me out. Man o man that pissed me off. If it does not clear up tomorrow……..AHHHHHHHHH!
Read to my daughter this evening, stopped for something, then could not find here I had left off, so I started the page again, it was only when I got to the end of the 2nd page that I realised I must have already read most of it already ……. I’d forgotten what I read 1 minute before….that pissed me off too. Now that is the mercury screweing with my short term memory…..

tellin ya, I would munch down 25-50 mgs dmsa a couple times per week to help pick up mercury/other heavy metals in the blood during the parasite cleanse. The parasites release toxins when they die. I did that during my parasite cleanses, had too, I was getting big releases of mercury during that time, from the parasite die-off.
I take it before bed with a big glass of water ot two. Kind of minimizes any negative effects because it'll be working while you sleep. I have never had any issues doing it that way. If I have major symptoms, lots of drip sensation, any fog head, tingly limbs, i'll take a full 100 mgs, but that's rare. But always in the evening (about 10-11 pm) so that it has full effect with no eating for a good 8-10 hours. 50 mgs is my usual dose. I have never done 'rounds'.
blessed rain now lots of snow would be marvelous... they should have those snow machines running full force tonight. I get to try my new skiis for the first time tomorrow.

ar ar ar. I am going to give myself a good workout... no aches and pains here!!! I am sooo tired of hibernating. duhme did bash my finger on the book shelf though... twice... got to keep them fingernails shorter, that hurt like heck. i trimmed em.
toasty fire in full force... memory in full force, we are not reading books here we are drilling for the spelling bee. Jesus gave us our new word list. Kind of cool he would know which exactly which word she doesn;t know that is going to possibly get her bounced... who else but God could know which word is going to fall to to her? Because you have to take into account all the kids ahead which get bounced out and everything, the last one she won with wasn't even on the study list but he had been telling her that one daily, only that one... it's a real lesson in faith and hearing/trusting the Lord for her... she is so pleased with that, rather than just hear my stories about it now she has real undeniable proof in her own life. cool. peachy. superb.
she's a lot like you, she hears God, he speaks to her, but she isn't fully aware of it, she's learning...

All calm over here. Itching only a little now. No more dodgy BM’s. I am sleeping more than usual, having a morning nap.
Something has changed. Not sure what yet, but ever since the black alien goop was expelled from me….something has changed.
I seem to be putting on weight, early days yet, but feels like I’m padding out. I have been getting tired after meals which is new for me.
I don’t know, but something is a foot…….
I got the axe out today, chopped up a load of fire wood for Christmas day, we have the in-laws over for Christmas day which will be nice. I have to be real careful with the axe, last thing I need is to put my back out. Every chop I think Alex T thoughts, just to make sure my posture is correct. Strange, but its automatic now, as soon as I lift the axe, my body assumes a good posture and I only need make a teeny tiny little thought of Alex T and chop chop chop.
Picked up the turkey today. Bought all the veggies and I’m ready to go for tomorrow.
Tonight, as is tradition, I will be wrapping up all the presents. I always leave it to the last minute…..tradition.
Good luck on the new skis, a little bit of axe work I will risk, skiing I will not. We are going on a skiing holiday in feb, my wife has a bun in the oven and cannot ski, and I will not either so its all for my daughter. We going with 24 people. 7 from Lily’s class. Should be good fun even if we not skiing.
Skiing was where I first hurt my back. I was right at the top of the mountain. The very tippity top. A huge black run and on the first turn and pulled a muscle in back. Was agony going down the mountain on my bum. Took a long time. I spent all week on my back. I used to be a good skier.
Oooo, gotta go……..
Merry Christmas Sos

Sounds good...
the turkey.... nah everything sounds good...
I don't recall ever pulling a muscle, truly, but I sure have had my share of wallops. Never ripped a tendon though. Broken wrist, broken leg, cuts and nasty nasty brusies, from sports mostly. The leg healed beautifully, the one wrist has been forever weak. Was set lousy. I never lift more than my own weight, even at the gym. Backbuster territory, i dont go there. I have a great back, would like to keep it. That lower back weakness from the mercury really had me quite worried. I think the wood chopping is one of the best things for my back, but I always start out easy in the fall with it.
Got to stay strong, it's real important. Just work it up slowly, don't overdo it, but do it.
not sure I like the new skiis any better than the old ones ah well it figures. They're a tad shorter so i get a bit more play mostly. I took lessons for years and years as a kid, was kiind of the routine in the winter where i grew up. They'd actually bus us out to the slopes once a week in the winter, all winter. I broke my leg because i did something really stupid and was showing off. I had tightened my bindings down all the way that day so the skiis wouldn't come off (because they'd pop on a slalom course) and then I went racing mighty moguls. Now I am just a fine form recreational skier as result. I take it easy pretty much. I have another new pair to mount up I was going to give them to my daughter. She's a bit squeamish about skiing, A late start for her at age 13 but we're getting there, i was about 8 when i started. I think you have to be real young and real stupid to really get going fearlessly right with it. I am just going to start her out on the little hills around the house. She might be too old already, we'll see I guess.
Nice workout, i'll be back at it tomorow. the slopes are covered with tourists, the holiday. I enjoy helping the 7 year olds whose parents have deserted them get down the hill safely. Then of course, i tell them 'Jesus loves you' as I ski away. Makes my day. I think I met people from 5 different countries today, lots of asian kids who had never skied before laying all over the place. I cannot believe their parents send them up without formal lessons. I have seen so many kids get terribly hurt that way. watched em wheel one away today unconscious.
got me a turkey too.. will have it ready for lunch... mmmm...
Many blessings to you and yours also.

Hi Sos
I’ve been a bit distracted these last few days, what with Christmas, holidays, family, cooking and eating, parasite cleansing, bowel cleansing, essiac tea-ing. Been over on curezone trying some new stuff out too. All I got from those experiments is heartburn;-(
But generally all the cleanses are going real well. I do feel that big change is happening again for me. This humaworm stuff is amazing. Since I passed the black alien gunk I have put on 4 pounds on weight, my teeth and gums have suddenly become clean. My skin feels fresh and people have been greeting me with “you look well” all Christmas, which is nice. Its been a long time since people said that kind of thing to me. Today marks the halfway mark, 2 weeks done and 2 weeks to go. yesterday my tongue was white in the morning and brown in the evening....big change is happening.
I must say I cooked the most excellent turkey on Christmas day. Really was the the best I have ever cooked. The gravy was unbelievable, so many different flavours. Perfect roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, roasted carrots with rosemary and goose fat. Ummm…yummy!
Hope u had a lovely Christmas.

Parsnips... mmm, haven't had them in years I think I will grow some next summer. I have two rosemary bushes in pots though, yes indeed my #1 favorite flavor. I use it in everything, especially marinades, great with lamb. Something about lamb, i always feel real good after eating lamb. But I hate the taste unless it's marinated just right then i love it. I put rosemary, garlic and apple cider vingar on it over night and then roast it, yummy. I even use the rosemary in my little cosmetic concoctions. Real good for your blood they say.
Well me... I koshered the turkey with salt and then just sort of threw it in the oven... it was great we wanted to go skiing Christmas day and that we did... the kid is giving in but she wants to snowboard so i got her some equipment for a good price at ebay and we are waiting for it to arrive. I hate leaving her home to bore herself to death while i am having so much fun. I think skiing is real good for your brain, you have to think quick and stuff, stay on your toes, it's much better than crossword puzzles for mental agility. No snowboarding for me though, ugh it looks painful to get started with that. But the kids like it.
I think I might pick up some humaworm later in the spring you all say such amazing things about it. I am almost out of black walnut tincture anyway. Next year i have to make 4 times as much.
I am not trying anything new for a while I think i am good and stable right here. I will be doing some of the daily liver cleanses though, I really am not up to the whole big epsom salt shebang. takes a few days out of my life. I hate running back and forth to the loo.
People were telling me how great I looked when i was heavy duty in the midst of IV chelating. they have stopped saying that... hmmm... either i looked better then or everyone is used to me again i haven't figured out which. hard to tell from the inside looking out my imagination carries me away a lot of the time

I am surrounded by sick people.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Spent most of the day in hospital with my Dad, he had a heart attack, or a stroke, or Atrial Fibrillation, or pneumonia , or all four. Don’t know yet for sure but latest thought is the pneumonia………..
God I hate hospitals. So many sick people. Everywhere you look people are curled up on themselves……..bloody ’mare
Lunch for dad was mushroom soup followed by sausage and mash potato! Smelt foul, looked foul. I went home and made him some homemade soup and a salad too. Mum has been pouring water down his throat,,,,doctors and nurses didn’t even offer any water. The system is screwed.
They gave him 15 different meds including morphine. He was stoned out of his mind, but the pain did go away with the morphine.
When I left him he was much better. Color coming back, walkin, talking, joking…thank goodness. Still very short of breath.
Mum was freaked out…….so was I really. Was all rather unpleasant. But the immediate danger seems to be over for now.
So many sick people in my life! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Everyone! Including me! The system is screwed for sure.
Anyway…………enough of the doom and gloom
Parsnips…….boil them for 3-5 mins then roast them in the oven for 30 mins, fairly hot 200 deg………chuck in some fresh herbs and ACV……ummmmmmmmmm yummy! You can chuck in some carrots and spuds too and do the same…..its real good.
My turkey had butter+sage+salt stuffed in-between the breast and the skin on top. Ummm!
Talking of all this food……….you know what I’m having for dinner tonight? Veg juice only. no solids;-)
Itching has come back this evening. I keep reminding myself that this is actually what I wanted in the beginning.
After these cleanses I’m gonna have a break from all this action…………….
Oh~!…..maybe not…………..
I forgot……….i was gonna liver flush after.
Then I will restart chelating dmsa.
Ho hum……………no peace for me. all go…………
I’m feeling angry this last week. Angry and frustrated. So many sick people. No one listens. No one does anything significant or meaningful to help themselves. If it wasn’t for the few people here in herb allure that actually pull their fingers out and actually DO something for themselves, I think I would go potty. There are only a few of us getting better Sos. The sick list is way longer than the healing list.
For the moment I’m giving up educating dicheads, I do not have the patience to keep repeating myself.
Take care Sos

Yeah, well, it's a hard life. The most you can do do sometimes is try to understand, and be there for them.
I have only one redeeming grace, and that is Jesus, I have no idea where i would be if the Lord did not lead me.
He'll be ok. I have lost most of my family and quite a few friends by now. It's not easy sometime but life goes on. Just be there for him. Never give up.

I got muscle tested a couple of days ago……..
I was fine for non-cow’s cheese….like feta cheese and buffalo mozzarella. I was fine for spelt bread and rye bread, butter, honey.
Very interestingly….. I also tested fine for the sulphur foods: broccoli and cabbage. Last time I was tested for this I had a big negative reaction to them. so it looks like I may be losing these problems…..which is cool…..or maybe they are just getting less of a problem………….which is cool too!
It is early days yet. Muscle testing is not that good for mercury problems, because it cannot tell how the mercury will react to the sulphur foods I eat………..but it is worth some experimenting to see if I get sick eating some sulphur foods. It would make my life considerably easier if I could eat them. so….i will go real slow…..test out some small quantities of sulphur foods see what happens…..but don’t worry….i will take it real slow.
This I take as a very good sign that my healing continues. It is slow…..but I am defo getting better……………….slowly.
Eggs? Yummy! Lentils? Yummy! Garlic! Onions! Spinach!
I have some special ultra healthy chocolate that I can cheat on now too. I tested fine for that. I don’t get sick with it so I’m happy to be able to cheat at bit….keeps me sane. No sugar in to, raw, not heated. It is not more-ish like normal chocolate…it does not give you that usual chocolate kick….like eat the whole bar…..
I did test negative for wheat……so that will have to avoided….but spelt and rye where fine.
My muscle tester guy refused to test me with milk. I wanted to know if I was ok or not…..and he said no way…. He said it would make me sick even if I just tasted a little drop of it. I said I needed to know if it was still a problem, makes my life hell avoiding it…….so he told me to sniff the milk….take in a big lungful…….he tested me and I was massively weak to it…………….just from the smell of it! It is an amazing body we have……to be able to tell from just smelling stuff that it would make me sick…………
And…..and amazing technique ……..this muscle testing. I know lots of people just cannot, nor will not, nor ever will believe in it………..but its amazing. Works for me. but I have to remember it is just a tool and it is not infallible, especially not with mercury problems.
I must say I will be putting this diet changes down to humaworm. I continue to be amazed by these fantastic herbs.
I’m still on holiday…..i love not working……..i wish I could be on holiday every day. My posting is lower because I am spending more time with the family and trying to figure out helping my dad. It was pneumonia. He is back home again. Thank you very much indeed for not giving me any pity on my last posting. Pity is the last thing I want or need. I almost added a line in my post about not needing any lovey dovey helpy welpy sucking up BS. If I wanted that I would have posted it elsewhere. Your reply was quality and was perfect. Thank you.
We are on the same wavelength most of the time SoS and it is a pleasure to talk wit you.
Happy new year Young Lady.

I buy 2% milk that has acidophilus (spell that) in it. It actually makes me feel good. Normal milk, eh, might actually make me a bit wheezy. But I love the taste of milk. with cookies, with pasta, with hot hot chili.
you have to try my cilantro pesto. mmm mmm mmm.
I had muscle testing done for composite compatability. It was pretty accurate. Of course I thought it was a huge waste of money because i already knew I was allergic to some of the plastics. It was for the dentist's benefit, not mine. he should have just followed my advice to begin with. Everything I told him basically checked out. I never went back to him. The idea of having to spend money to prove things to him gave me an upset stomach. The guy that did the testing charged me $90 bucks an hour or so to do this and half that time we were discussing gardening. Really I was just making small talk waiting for him to get going (he had a great bookshelf) and then when all is said and done he charges me for sitting there and being friendly. Stupid.
Plus the dentist was real big on anibiotics, i didn't want his equipment in my mouth.
glad to hear dad is better. he'd probably appreciate a big pot of chicken soup and a load of firewood. Love and attention are the best medicine.
happy new year to you also! This one should be much better for you than the last one. You are due for a good year.

after the parasite cleanse i will liver flush. when you did your flushes made me jealous.....so i will slip one in....and then i will chelate as much as possible. weekly. i want to get as much out as possible before any dumping......ho hum.....

the cilantro garlic routine works so well it'll probably keep you from experiencing the reknowned mercury dump.
but don' take my word for it...
I really have to hit the slopes early today or I'll be waiting in line.
see ya!

Hope you had a great day on the slopes…….
I spent the day mulching the garden…….
I will introduce the sulphur foods very slowly….will take a month or too……but cilantro is something that will not get tested….i will chelate on protocol for the mercury. Yoursituation is different as you still have amalgams. I am amalgam free thank funk……

Well, like I said, don't take my word for it. There are other people here who do eat cilantro and love it. They don't appear to be going through 'dumping' trauma either.
If I had followed the Cutler protocol, which seems great, though I really don't know, chances are good I'd be in pretty bad shape today due to the fact the he says (far as i know) you should never ever chelate with amalgams in. hello. um why? I continue asking. I do real well with it, it's obvious.
Personally, I think that's pretty bad advice. So does my doctor who chelates lots of people with amalgams still in, all with excellent results. I had actually read that at curezone and mentioned it to him... about not chelating while you still have amalgams and he said it's simply not true. He is one of the directing members of some well known chelation/integrative med group too. He's been at it for years. old guy.
Mercury isn't the only problem we have to deal with essentially. Other metals can actually hinder the excretion of mercury, lead for instance. Removing your amalgams won't help that very much. But eating cilantro will.
But again, like I said, don't take my word for it. you know what i really think? the dumping trauma stuff, well I get that big cold drip sensation now and then... dumping? Some sort of apparently, I never had that before and I always feel great after, the metal smell in the bm's tell's it's own tale... but I don't think it's caused as much by amalgam removal as it is by the process of chelation... every now and then you unload something which leads to the dumping of some other obnoxious thing. A lot like liver cleansing in that respect. For me, the cilantro makes it a quick process, it gets to more areas and it's not synthetic, it's not removing a lot of good metals (far as i know). I started very slowly with the cilantro btw, just a couple teaspoons every couple days. Initially, I recall it was a cure for the headaches caused by the EDTA IV's. They did 4-6 weeks-2 times per week, I forget exactly how many, of straight EDTA with me before they introduced DMPS once a week. To unload barrier metals that mix badly with mercury. Like lead... I am really glad I went in for the IV chelation.
I did buy me two big bunches of cilantro for lunch tomorrow, or maybe a late snack. I am hooked on it. I did two big bunches about 4-5 days ago, i usually only do one, and my head has ben real good the past few days. I hadn't eaten any in about 10 days and my hands were tingly in the morn. cured it overnight. egads of garlic in there. I probably shook some junk out of my old bones with the chainsaw. zzzzzzzz...
ok day on the slopes. my daughter's snowboard equipment should finish arriving early next week that'll be fun. Nothing like hopping around a nice hill. Trampolines are too boring. I have to borrow my daughter's taekwondo shin guards to protect me against boot burn though. I tested them in the living room, they are a bit fat but feel great. Nice and snug. I am going to wear them tomorrow and see how it goes. I am not going to tell her I am wearing them or she'll take them away from me. My stuff? you are wearing MY STUFF? heh. She did that to me about a pair of long comfy socks the other day. I should have told her.. YOUR STUFF YES... gee whiz I only buy stuff for you... see how stuffed your drawers are? Look at mine, nice and neat, but only a few choices of socks in there. I think they were actually my socks anyway and they ended up in her drawer got lost in there and she sort of homesteaded them like everything else. She's so mean to me.

the 'protocol' also has you taking mineral supplements simultaneously with your chelating. That's also directly opposite of my doctor's advice, which is to take supplements on days that you do not chelate so that the chelators aren't wasted on good calcium/whatever in your bloodstream that is suppose to be replacing mercury laden areas.
So really, I don't know about your protocol. I know what my doctor does works really well, and I will follow his advice forever. I was tracked weekly with bloodtests throughout it, there's no doubt, it works really well. But I didn't feel completely over the mercury poisoning until I started eating the cilantro pesto as a meal... within 4-6 weeks I was pretty much back to my normal self. The EDTA was good for me, the DMPS (with ALA afterward especially) was great, but really, a steady diet of cilantro pesto is what gave me my health back more or less completely. I bought 5 bottles of DMSA 25 mgs, 120 caps each. I used up 3 of those quite quickly while I was still doing IV chelataion and then a bit after, they were gone in about June, early July. The other two, plain DMSA no added ingredients.. I got those over the summer when I was in midst of my cilantro routine because I had it in the garden in hoards... and I still have one 25 mg cap left in one bottle and the other bottle has never been opened.
I never needed it much after eating cilantro. Only when I feel the big mercury drip thing or when my blood sounds heavy when I'm laying in bed in night.. you can hear the mercury in you blood i can anyway... now, normal to me is when I cannot hear my blood rushing through my body. i simply have come to associate that with mercury though I could be wrong, but the cilantro and/or dmsa clears it up so it's something along those lines I think. Could be lead too i really don't know.

Yes, that correct, Cutler says never to chelate with amalgams still in. The “why” is because you still have amalgam in, still leaking Hg and the chelators pull mercury out of the amalgams, so you are continually getting fresh mercury into the body. Thats how he explains it anyway.
But even so, you are doing real well, which is fantastic news.
Mercury scared the $hit out of me. The removal affected me greatly. I had 5 sessons with the dentist to remove it and it really really hurt real bad. Each time made me feel like death for 4-5 days. This bad feeling repeated 7/14 and 21 days later……each time for 3-4 days…..that is a lot funking pain, on a lot of days. Some stuff I took to stop the feeling of bad made me even worse. You may say I should not have got them removed in the first place…..but my life was going down the drain….literally down the drain….my health was flushing and wasting away. Sitting around leaving the mercury constantly poisoning me was not an option.
So the mercury scares me, so I have the utmost respect for it, I like to have a plan of action, I need it to be very safe and the cutler protocol fits that bill. For me it does anyway.
I seem to have a very high body burden. I can only handle 6mg of dmsa and I need to take it every 3 hours (not 4). One of the many reasons for this is because I lost so much weight. Really I was all skin an’ bones…..almost zero body fat. Mercury is stored in fat and I did not have any…..so it must have been floating around screwing everything up….it certainly felt like it.
Another reason is my tattoo, whenever I take dmsa it flares up and itches like crazy. I get scabs forming too. So that has obviously got some crap in it too. I have done 5 rounds and the colors are fading.
Thats the reason I’m on the protocol, because mercury has hurt me so bad, screwed up my life big time and I am scared, so no more mercury experiments. I need a safe protocol and that’s what I will stick with.
Don’t forget I too am healing and that is attributable to all the other things I am doing to help myself. All the body cleansing and healthy diet. No exercise for me yet.
If you are doing so well on with the things your are doing, and I mean your whole lifestyle of healthy diet, body cleansing and plenty of exercise, as well as the chelation techniques…..why don’t you finish the job and get the rest of the mercury out? You have a plan of action you know it works….so get the remainder out and be finished with mercury for good?
Or do you consider your life to back on track and normal again now? so no need to play with fire?

Playing with fire would pretty much be it.
Look... over the past 7-10 years I have spent thousands of dollars on dentistry, a good part of that cosmetic because either I used a tooth whitener about 18 years ago that ate slightly into the enamel of my teeth, not the front ones luckily, or else I had a $$$hitty cleaning job done by a dumb dental assistant when I lived in Florida... anyway, all these teeth developed little black gouges along the gumline which was really starting to look like heck... For the sake of argument I'll say either it was tooth whitener or very rough cleaning... really I thik it was the latter because it affected exactly the same three or four teeth left and right, top and bottom, and no others. I also remember coming home from that dental appt and noticing the little concave indentations on my teeth. but you know, dentists never make mistakes sooo... anyway it took years to progress but I had to get them all fixed eventually. I had the work started in Richmond VA, the dentist was an artist, his work was beautiful, no problems. but then we moved here. I went to a local dentist to get the work finsihed. his work really stank. You don't notice stinky dental work sometimes till it starts getting decrepit within the next several months though. The gumline around all the teeth this local dentist did is receding a bit too. He was obviously jealous of the other dentists' work and even drilled into some of it saying he needed to see what was in there. I lost one of the teeth he messed with, an incisor, how nice. Then a young dentist took over his practice, I went in unwarily and he did quite a bit of further damage to my teeth , he is the one that actually caused me to lose the incisor tooth, but the other dentist started the damage. anyway to make a long story short.. I have spent thousands of dollars only to see most of it go down the drain because the work was not good or unnecessary. Every time I tell a dentist around here that I have issues with plastics they laugh at me. I really do have serious issues with plastics. Bad allergies. I also got a nasty infection in my jaw from the young dentist. But as you know, dentists never make mistakes. It's always your fault, somehow. In the meantime I end up getting real sick from mercury directly from all the drilling. But of course, as you know it has nothing to do with the dentistry. So I end up at thankfully, a great doctor who gets me over it. In the meantime I call every dentists in town trying to find one that can do the work like my dentist in VA would have done it. Can't find one that uses glass based polymers anymore. I get all sorts of suggestions for this plastic or that. I spend a couple more thosuand dollars for no good reason except to heve my teeth redundantly check by different dentists. One says this, one says another... on and on..
I AM SICK OF IT.
I had a few teeth simply pulled in the process. that has been quite effective... molars with big amalgams... gone... no more neck pain.
I hate to burst your bubble but just because you removed your amalgams does not actually mean you do not have mercury in your body anymore. or heavy metals for that matter. So saying that you have to wait (especially if you are sick today) to chelate is not logical.
Have you ever had any bloodwork done to check your various toxin levels? amalgam related metals are only a few on a very long list. making amalgam removal a priority seems rather half donkey butt backwards to me in that context.
A lifelong healthy and benign chelation method is a ot more pragmatic considering our environment. And i seem to have found that with the cilantro recipe.
Plastics bother me more than mercury. Put the wrong stuff in my mouth and I get blisters in there, my lips dry out and start to crack... within days. Of course, from the perspective of the dental establishment that cannot possibly be true.
Thanks, but I think I'll stay away. I feel fine by now. I've lived with the amalgams most of my life. It's not healthy I know... but plastics are like kryptonite, much worse to me.
they started using those 2 part epoxy hardened composite resins bigtime within the past several years. I really cannot be around that stuff. It's my most volatile enemy.
The cilantro pesto works exceptionally well in my opinion. I will eat if forever. As a result, my guesstimate is that i probably have a total body burden of overall heavy metals much lower than people who expect simply removing their amalgams and doing a little bit of chelating think they've got. honestly, I am out there skiing almost everyday just like I did when I was 15. And I feel no worse for wear and tear. I am not achy, I am not figgy, I feel quite well. I have 5 good size amalgams still in there, molars. and my two front teeth... they have amalgams on the backs of them... thanks buti don;t want to risk losing either more teeth or thousands of more dollars. seems silly to me at this point.
keeping in mind... the doctor did a real good job with me. He did things in a certain order that really did work, got me over that nasty hump, and than past that I really am on my own in so far as introducing new toxins (diet/cilantro) and being able to get rid of them. there is also aluminum and uranium in the plastic composites you know. It really is just a trade off of one poison for a few others.
sorry if any typos, no time to fix.. out the door again.. after my oatmeal...

Phew! Thanks Sos, now I know. I have been thinking for a long time why you had not got them out and now I know. You dropped various little hints over the months, but generally you furiously avoided talking about it. It was obviously a subject that annoyed the $hit out of you. Sorry for forcing it on you again.
You feel exactly the same way about dentists as I feel about doctors. Exactly! A waste of time, energy and a whole load of money and piled on top of that a bucket load of pain. Talking about my doctors gets me all riled up and I want to punch one of those STUPID COCKS! See….i’m getting all worked about now, just thinking about those wankers.
Your life is back on track. Happy dayz! Mine is not. Amalgam removal and chelation is just one part of my (hoped for) rejuvenation. Hence all the educating, liver flushes, parasite & kidney cleanses, diets and everything else if have tried and am trying.
I was toxic aluminium, titanium and copper. Aluminium is now down to normal as is titanium. Copper is getting lower after the steps I took to reduce it, diet and specific supplements. Iron was high-ish too.
I am currently not chelating because of the humaworm. And I am also doing a 1 month bowel cleanse and I’m taking the Essiac tea. All these things detox me in weird and wonderful ways. Adding mercury into the mix is something that I could do if I felt up to it, but I do not feel up to attacking mercury at the same time as all this. Burst my bubble? Naaa…..i hope all my bubbles are popped now…but I guess I will find out sooner or later.
My education continues, I have been at it for 1 year now. I have many more things to discover, my bookcase is full of unread health books….i don’t know which one to start next because I want to read them all asap, LOL. It is lonely this journey as no one in my circle of friends nor collegues nor clients has any idea about all this healthy…….? ……all this healthy stuff we now know about. Being able to talk with friends about all this stuff is real important to me. I am lonely no more…….
Typo’s ? I didn’t notice any until I read yr post for a second time and after you had alerted me. My spelling stinks.

What I discovered recently about plastic is that my spit dissolves them. Not like ice in water, not that quickly... but a couple times in the fall I spit into a nearby plastic cup while laying on the couch watching tv ( I hate swallowing my spit, spit like when you get a heave up from your lungs... if you are chelating or doing a parasite cleanse you probably experience that, it's full of toxins, possible parasite larvae, don't swallow it)... and forgot to rinse it out and the next day... the spit all dried up in there either would not rinse off (seemed to be permantly attached to the plastic) or else if it did rinse off it left a nice etched imprint. In one cup it was literally a measurable depth, not much but measurable. This was very hard thick plastic, 2 different cups. I threw them out duh.
But... before you judge me as weird you might want to test your own spit on different plastics because I have looked into it and it's actually known that saliva slowly dissolves some plastic materials, including dental composites. I found that out a while back by digging around the net. That's maybe why your dentist won't guarantee his work to last a lifetime. You are eating it little by little everyday. If you get your kid's teeth sealed the lifetime of the sealer is only about 4-5 years or so. What do you think happens to it?
doesn't seem to affect glass though.

Thought this might give you a lift: Key to longer life? Exercise ... and a little booze Couch potato teetotalers have higher risk of heart disease, new study finds http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22571032/my grandfather swore his good health and longevity were helped by one bottle of beer and one shot of whiskey a day. I don't recall him ever being ill. he was almost 90 when he died.. and was climbing rocks (gingerly) to go fishing with me up until the last several months of his life. He actually used to put a raw egg in his beer. i think I will skip that part. I think I will do that shot of wodka though. Gramps liked Jack Daniels.

My Dad drinks a glass of red wine every day and swears it's his health tonic...We've all heard about the studies done that suggest is good for you in moderation ,but I don't think my liver could handle that amount...The only alcohol I drink is in my rescue remedy drops and various homeoepathic remedies! do you think that counts ? On one occasion I took so much rescue remedy before going to the dentist that he thought I had been drinking...my mouth stank of alcohol !!!
I love the idea of some red wine but maybe one day I'll be able to tolerate a sip or 2, not yet though.
Unfortunately We have a serious drinking problem in Ireland.

My dad is 59, used to smoke 80 cigarettes a day and drank like a fish. He has since given up smoking but still enjoys a glass of red wine most days. He has heart disease and spent Christmas 2007 in hospital with pneumonia hardly able to breath. He is totally screwed up but refuses to make any effort to help himself, instead he is content to have a miserable life sitting around feeling like $hit doing nothing. I am trying to talk some sense into him, but I’m afraid it’s too late…he has been brain washed into thinking sitting around doing nothing is the best way to get better, so reading crap like that BS report makes my bloody funking blood boil. Mainstream BS designed to sell alcohol.
God I need a drink………………

actually, your dad would fit the description of people with the worst health in the article... people who sit around and drink a lot. heavy drinkers are the bad health score... my dad was a heavy drinker, cases and cases of beer, anything actually. he has quit too. he quit smoking too. He was pretty active though. He is 79 years old.
I suppose if you add 80 cigarettes a day to the mix.. well i'm glad he quit. That is an awful lot of cigarettes.
people have been using liquor for ages as a stomach tonic, to help with colds, all sort of stuff. But moderation is the keyword. anything in excess is not good for you. even water in excess will kill you, quite quickly too.
I actually do think a good stuff wodka is good now and then. It does cut fats in your blood and clean your blood a bit. i might be lucky to get one a week a week though, sort of hate the taste of the stuff. Love a cold good beer!
I thought the article was interesting since they actually tracked these people for some 20 odd years.

yeah, probably. I was thinking that too, i think I drank a 1/3 of a quart or more of vodka the past few months just as black walnut tincture dewormer ... even the cats.. ha. the kid... hmm.. well the cats and kid didn't get too much. I'll let you know how fluffy is feeling in 20 years! Now I am wondering, because I felt like dynamite doing the black wlanut tincture... I am wondering if maybe the vodka in there didn't play a role in that. the whites of me eyes were so clear.. they are back to normal now.. but the alcohol obviously didn't hurt me. Maybe I will add just a teaspoon or two of plain vodka a day to some orange juice and see how i feel after a week or two.

When I have a big breakthrough the initial reaction is happiness, then I usually get angry. Angry at myself and anyone else I can think of to blame, but I usually only have myself to blame. Only lasts for a couple of hours or an evening. After that I’m just happy and want to share and make others aware of the success. Maybe to motivate others intake trying something new out. Trying new stuff is the only way I have managed to make any significant change in my health. Fear and ignorance hold most people back from trying anything they don’t understand. Education is KEY.
House is almost done now. They finished the drive this week. We just have a snagging list of about 150 items for them to finish now. Lighting system got plugged in today, so I get to play with my new toy this evening. Her-in-doors said it looked fantastic. Porch was rendered yesterday too.
First week back in the office went real quick, I guess the year will fly by again. Time seems to be speeding up as the years go by now. I don’t know if it just my time is filled up to the brim, or is time actually speeding up? Feels like time is speeding up.
Been planning my vegetable garden recently. Ordered a load of seeds…strange stuff like “purple dragon carrots” they turned up yesterday…all in French! I don’t know which packet is which, I need to get them translated! All the instructions are in French too. I am a complete beginner on vegetable gardening…looking forwards to growing me own grub
Thanks for the back rub, made me smile i didn't have a drink in the end.

i didn't have a drink in the end. yeah, me neither. I did a small shot of wodka the other night though. preparing to start my 4th liver cleanse this afternoon... may as well spend the weekend on the couch I think I am good and worn out for a little bit. I grew those purple carrots last year, they were good. bottled some, we ate a jar just a few days ago. they were still good... they lose the purple color when you cook them. I am just going to do a small garden this year heh I say that every year but really just basics this year but lots of tomatoes for bottling. I cannot eat store bought tomatoes they make me ill but I love tomatoes, have to grow my own pesticide and herbicide free. And basil, lots of basil, parsley and cilantro. cukes for pickles..peppers. broccoli. lettuce leeks onions. I can pass up squashes this year I have some left over i am just going to cook and bottle some over the next few weeks. I have enough pumpkin here for next fall yet. hmm though I'll miss the seeds well i'll think about it. I am going to start some early tomatoes this weekend. My neighbors always get jealous at my early red ripe ones but you have to start them now or within the next few weeks to get some to start ripening in early June. Its amazing the packet will say 75-80 days but really, it always takes 5 months for a tomato plant to really get going. I start them in big plastic sour cream containers, they do real well on the window sill. I just need 4 or 5 early ones to be happy. If you want to grow broccoli you should start that the last week of January/first week of Feb too. it likes a bit of frost (several real cold, not utterly sub zero freezing nights) as you set them out in early early spring, cabbage too. mostly just angry at doctors/dentists here. They infuriate me in general, except for the one good doctor I found who did the chelation for me. he's a rarity. It's such a scam these days, medicine. What really infuriates me are the younger doctors/dentists with next to zero experience and crappy educations who charge you big big bucks to do absolutely nothing or else hurt you. Personally I think 80-90% of them only go into the profession to make a nice income and please their parents who want them be doctors or a lawyers, not because they actually want to help people be healthy.

It was a gooood one. I am glad I waited a full month since the last. I think will do another in about 3 weeks though.
I think I let loose the mother stone finally. Something there has been bothering me quite awhile a little bit, could feel it inside, hard.. It as not quite as big as a golf ball, about ping pong ball size, looked like aggregate with little hairs sticking out of it.
what a relief. The last one I only got lots of teeny stones, this time I got the one huge one and a few dozen more navy bean size ones. mostly all very green. the big one would not flush! It kept floating back up! 3-4 times i tried flushing it... I finally forced it down the toilet with a big wad of toilet paper.
sorry, no photos, my testimony only!
You are due next week I'd say. Mine was quite easy this time, just the normal running to the loo. I did something a bit different though... at the point I drank the olive oil ( I added a tad extra oil and grapefruit) I laid down on the couch and watched tv a while, about an hour, then i walked around a little bit before bed. It seems to have worked real well. I did not see any sign of parasites this time. just stones. Finished up clear this morn.

A whooper!
Congratulations!
I don’t need a picture, I have my own picture, to which I will spare you the pleasure! It’s amazing to see those monsters in the pan! Truly unbelievable that something that big was in there and then somehow got out too.
Just looking at my notes on my last liver flush I got out 3 whoppers. My 6th flush had 1 whopper too. took a while to recover from those flushes….heavy duty….and I was not in the best of health at the time.
My Mum’s taking Humaworm at the moment….cool. she must have listened to me.
Next up is Dad. He’s pretty ill right now. I typed up a 10 page letter outlining what he could do to start helping himself, rather than sitting around popping doctors drugs . Gonna see him today to talk about it all. he’s really not well, pumped full of drugs and antibiotics too. I bought him some probiotics for when he has finished. He is on his second course in 3 week. ouch! Its difficult for him to get his head around all this stuff when he is real ill……so I will continue educating Mum, she after-all is the one that has to look after him. I have not written a letter to my parents for ……………well…..ever…..

maybe it was a pinworm nest or something... little hairs sticking out of it... I have no idea really just pretty gross stuff. I have been feeling that lump in my stomach for the past several months. Didn't hurt or anything, I don't think there is another but who knows...
I wouldn't dare write my dad a letter telling him what to do... just knowing the crummy (don't tell me what to do no matter what) attitude of an ex-alcoholic... well I wouldn't... good luck with that.
Mom's example and the sheer disgust of seeing the toilet bowl will probably have the biggest effect on him. She is probably very tired of the itching and burning. Trying to get someone started with this stuff is real hard, I know. But all it takes is one time and then they'll keep going on their own probably.
I feel fine after the flushes, just takes a couple days for the bm's to get back to normal here. I slept almost all day yesterday afterward, haven't slept all day like that in months. I needed it. The sheer relief of seeing that thing in the toilet...it does tell me I had better at least do one more flush and see what floats up though.
Doesn't it make you really angry, that doctors don't tell people about this stuff? i find it really difficult to imagine that they really do not know about it. A friend of mine was telling me the other day.. he went to the dr for a physical and the dr sticks his finger in the guy's behind. That is a colon check by medical standards. Aside from being outright disgusting it's plain outright deceitful. But it reminds me of why I haven't been to a dr for a physical in decades. Useless myriads of poking and prodding.
I think you can take the probiotics while taking the antibiotics. It's probably a good idea too, replenish good bacteria daily while killing off bad stuff. Just don't take them together. Why would they give someone antibiotics after having pnemonia anyway? Pnemonia is a virus isn't it? A friend of mine died of viral pnemonia, in his bloodstream.. he got it from a doctor. just out of curioisity, did your mom or dad get a flu shot recently?

I have started taking Malic acid in preparation for the BIG FLUSH on Saturday night……I’m so excited…..
Well….the letter was a massive success! I am overjoyed.
If I had not written the letter….my dad would have done nothing except follow a vaguely healthy diet, but still eat lots of foods that he thought where healthy….like dairy, wheat and those evil bloody sweenters in his tea. Certainly he would never do any body cleansing nor take any supplements other that what the doc gave him. Never. Ever.
Now, my dad hates my guts, is deeply offended and refuses to speak to me about anything even vaguely health regaining.
This was unfortunately the most likely outcome. And I always knew that. I am after all his number one son and I know what I am like! Only when i was really screwed did I sit up and listen.
However, I could not live with myself if I did not at least try. And this is just the first part of getting him to make an effort. Change will take a long time and he will be kicking and screaming like a bloody teenager. He is my dad and …….well…..and he is my dad.
Now that I have tried, he at least knows there is an alternative way. A way that is working for me and has worked for many others.
My Mum seems to be coming on strong in this quest to get better. She started the humaworm and is 10 days in now. on the phone she said nothing had happened, but when I saw her on Sunday she was trying hard to disguise her happiness that it was working.
That stuff on her hands was not scabies…it was “lichen planus” which if you google you will discover that it is an “incurable disease” and western medicine has no cure! Lasts 18 months to forever.
So….she is following the Curezone curing protocol, AKA Sunshines curing protocol.
For the first time in 5 months the lumps and bumps on her hands are calming down, the itchyness is going too. its early days….but initial signs are that humaworm is working. Which brings joy to my heart. Mum was in “I don’t want to speak too soon” mode. LoL, happy dayz.
Mum was mega keen to continue on this health quest. She wanted to kidney cleanse too, I will order her some herbs. She will think about liver flushing, she was not over keen but did not rule it out. I left here a Andreas Moritz liver flush book, which is a real good read. She has liver spots which she is dead keen to get rid of.
She will also read a load of diet books I gave her.
She is very much aware that if she has success….dad will notice and hopefully …………..
Mum cooks for dad everyday, so diet changes are directed at mum because she will dictate what dad eats. If mum knows whats whats……dad will have to eat what he’s given.
So, all in all a success. Its nasty dad was so pissed off, but funk it, he’s funking ill and sitting around doing bugger all is only gonna lead to an early death. He has bloody heart disease!
Guess I’m out of the will now! it’s the price I’m willing to pay.
Next….i must draft another letter…….think I will send him a peace offering……one of those special chocolate bars I like so much…..wish me luck…

I'd forget the letters altogether.
you have to figure, anyone who drank like a fish all their life has been being told to change and stop all their life too.
and it has never helped. i do know, it'll make a person like that really angry hearing it from the (snot faced) kid though.
forget the letters.
my dad is actually in rehab at the moment. He broke his leg again.. at age 79... gave up drinking for the most part but still falls in now and then... then he falls down and breaks his leg. He's done it repeatedly the past several years. Darn leg is a metal post by now. He crashed his car through the garage wall into the bathroom a couple years ago.
He's real nice when he's sober is all I'll say. My poor brother has been down there taking care of him for months. But this last incident was too much for the doctors I guess so... since he always comes in blasted with broken bones they are making sure he stays on the wagon this time. when they release him from the hospital end of the week they are sending a social worker to check up on him to make sure he isn't drinking. He's stuck this time, cannot drive to get the beer or whiskey.
My poor brother is delighted with the idea.
leave it in mum's hands Sunshine. teach her, it maybe will rub off on him.
both my parents drank so at least you have mum to talk to. My mother thought anything outside of mainstream medicine was hysterical funny, even dangerous. Till she was on her deathbed from mainstream medicine.
c'est la vie.

hey, forgot to tell you... my kid won the school geography bee now.
If she wins the county on that one I don't know what I am going to do. I already owe her $200.00 for winning the county spelling bee... have to give the kid some incentive... and we are still studying for the regional. she gets a cash prize from the school system when she wins the county titles too. her savings account is healthier than mine.

Re Dad.I donno, sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. I am loath to give up on him. He’s my dad. Giving up is the easy way out.
But yeah….been working on mum for along time too and thats working and paying off big time.
Congratulations to Mini Sos! That’s so cool! You have been working hard together, you must be so proud! I always know Mum must have been working hard when the kids do well at school….so congratulations to you too!
Last night I felt Mini Sunshine kick for the first time! Cool!

Cool. How many flushes have you done now? Are you clear of stones yet? How many did u get out this time? What formula did u use? Did u add any parasite killing stuff?
When you have had 3 consecutive flushes without stones….thats when you are in the clear…………….
I wonder if I will see any whoppers this time? Any more brutes!

That was my 4th flush. No, not clear of stones yet apparently, a good few dozen pea size or a bit larger ones came out with the whopper.
I am doing a little psyllium and aloe colon cleanse in the meantime,, just happen to have the stuff in the house, don't really want to buy more new stuff, though the humaworm looks great i have a lot of stuff on the shelf already i need to finish up. the aloe does the same thing as the senna in the humaworm colon cleanse... there's another herb in the humaworm I might try to find a good substitute for, I have quite a bit of stuff here to work with. Plants and herbs in pots etc.

I have my house guest back. You know the ones that are allergic to cats. She was talking about how it was amazing that she is fine with our cats and how other cats bring on all the usual symptoms. She was at my in-laws and within 5 minutes all cat symptoms returned. In-laws have cats feed on a normal diet. She has no symptoms in my house.
My daughter has a great big rash on her back. I have been reading up about eczma. Oranges are one of the most common things to bring it on. Guess what we have been doing in the last 3 days…..juicing oranges! We will stop the orange juice and see if it goes away. that is the only change to her diet recently.
I wonder if that was the cause?

I am feeling super. SUPER.
I think the parasite cleanse and liver cleanse, and of course a colon cleanse are critical to good health. And removing bad fillings or teeth, very important. and chelating. I hold firm on my cilantro pesto as the best and safest chelator.
The only complaint I have of late are sore muscles from skiing and running the chainsaw. did a big load today. broke the chain. mm. needed a new one oh well it paid for itself a hundred times over. more to do tomorrow artic cold front coming on. brrrr...
itchy from oranges, never experienced it. I used to live next door to an orange grove though and yummy tangerines too, ahd a huge gra[efruit tree in my yard. I miss it whole bunches. I usedf to live on fresh picked fresh juiced OJ/grapefruit juice. Weaned my daughter on it. No rashes here. Sparkling faces
Maybe it's a fungus reaction or something. Your oranges aren't fresh there and oranges that get packed and shipped get fungus/mold pretty quickly.

I’m feeling nauseous, hot and tired. Nausea is very unusual for me. I may be coming down with Norovirus which is a winter voming virus currently rushing through England. Lovely. I may just have a tummy bug? I may just be having a bad day? Liver flush may be put on hold?
I am happy for you. I wholeheartedly approve and congratulate. It seems only those people taking firm action are actually getting any better.

Coca cola, real coke, not diet coke, not pepsi, real coca cola (high levels of phosphoric acid) and a tablespoon or two of Kaopectate or just about any diarhea medicine will usually cure a stomach bug within 2-3 hours but you want to do it all day.. Take the kaopectate, sip the coke slowly, just a small glass, room temperature. Don't eat anything don't even drink water while doing that.
Not the best nutrition wise but it sure beats 3 or 4 days of diarhea, puking and stomach ache.
If that doesn't cure it it isn't a stomach virus. Worth a try. You'll know within a few hours if you feel better, it works right away.
Ginger works wonders for the stomach too. Ginger kills all sorts of mean stuff.
I am real glad I went the whole IV heavy duty chelation route. Hard the first few weeks but it seems to have saved me months of suffering compared to others. With all your colon cleansing and all though your dmsa routine may be comparable, if you crank it up a bit. I did a colon cleanse right up front but only because my kidneys were stuck. I went in later for a few colonics, the hydrotherapy type, that helped a lot too. Getting the toxins out of your gut and colon is real important. I am amazed at how quickly parasites and stuff started flourishing when I was sick. I may have had a slight problem with that prior, probably everyone does, but they really got going from being sick. Honestly I felt like cancer in the early stages when i was sick. I truly think I am past it. I am going to work on strengthening my immune system now. Echinacea tea, aloe, lots of yogurt, sauerkraut, pickles, ginger... I should shell those black walnuts on the porch too.
Hulda Clark deserves a nobel prize for getting that info out there and making it freely accesible to everyone.
I still need to start my tomaters. tonight I guess. I have a bunch of bottled zucchinin and tomatoes (mixed together) from last summer. They are so good. I can only eat so much of that in summer but I canned some up last July thinking I would probably love that in the dead of winter... sure enough.
Well seeing there is so much talk of recession around here maybe i better plan a big garden this year.
I seem to have developed a slight yeast problem, yucky spit etc,, probably from so much cleansing and some dmsa in there doesn't help. I have been taking 10-12 drops of grapefruit seed extract twice or three times a day the past few days, seems to have pretty much cleared that up. I'll stay with it all week though with the aloe and psyllium. I never knew you could eat aloe till I got sick and read about it in so many places. Suppose to be one of the best internal cleanse items. I only used it topically prior.
I still have to find an item to substitute for that other herb in humaworm colon cleanse. Sosick's homebrews.

Coka cola is at the very most lowest, most deepity deep part of my to-do-list-once-i-get-better-again list. Right after stabbing myself repeatedly with a ice pick in the groan area. No way will I ever drink that muck ever again.
Last time I drank one small sip I was sick as a dog for 2 weeks. From just one sip. Ok…I was in real bad health at that time, but still…….. never again will I drink that……..that stuff.
I am chemically sensitive and together with all that sugar it just totally screws me over.
That Sos was a rubbish recommendation! Coka Cola indeed!
Instead I had one of my detox baths! Real hot, made myself sweat BIG TIME. Feel pretty good now. See how I feel in the morning, then decide if I can liver flush or not. I will be pretty peeved if I have to call off FLUSH NUMBER 10.
Tonight I’m going to the cinema to see Alien V Predator. That I assure you, you would hate! Can’t find anyone else who wants to see rubbish like this, so I’m on me tod, but hey ho…..
Right now I listening to some wonderful house music mixed by DJ Chris Lake. Bass has a real low throb and a buzz to it. Recorded off the radio at 2am. I always listen to the same show. Every Saturday night 2am to 4am. all the best Dj’s playing the latest tunes. It is the last thing that keeps me tied to the glory days when I was a party animal.
Now I am a recovering health freak.
I bought my special “in-between herbs” today which are herbs to take in-between parasite cleanses. Sage, thyme, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. I found a place that sells them all organic. I will grind them all up, put them in capsules and take them every day for the next 90 days until the next Humaworm. Sunshine’s Homebrews.

No actually, the coca cola/kaopectate stomach flu cure is actually what doctors use to give people who showed up in the emergency rooms vomiting with stomach virus years ago. they may still do it in places.
My mom was a nurse, she taught me that one. it works wonders. I suffered one time 3 days vomiting and diareaha in college till I ached so bad I actually called her for advice. She gave me that one, I went and got some coke and kao I was cured in 3 hours flat.
I doubt very much one or two cups of coke will hurt you more than a stomach flu..
But it's your choice.
Isn't that an old film, Alien vs Predator? I think I've seen it. I've think seen em all. We have a big flat screen. movieland.
I actually stay away from the horror flicks, hate the gore. Sci fi is ok now and then. Das ding. I watched 3 Shrek movies this evening with the neighbor's kid and the cat. I love those they are so cute.

The original Aliens and original Predator films are superb. The original sequels I like just as much too. But this new generation of one against the other is just rubbish.
I feel good today. I have a little bit of heartburn from some stuff I took earlier in the week, so I am going liquid breakfast and liquid lunch today and it’s looking good for the Liver flush too!
I need to get a big flat screen, but building work and then furniture takes precedence. If I get a flat screen I will want to get a surround sound system too and my tastes for surround sound and speakers are rather …………… rather extravagant. I will not compromise on what I buy when it comes to sound quality, so I will cost me serious wonga when I upgrade.

yea I got a headache last time too. Nothing major, it went away the next day when I started drinking water again. And then and then... I have felt marvelous all week!! so it was worth it. I think I didnt drink enough water prior to the flush, thus the headache.
most of the big screen deal come with pretty good sound. ours has 4 speakers, its just like being at the cinema when the sound is up loud. great sound, can play music cd's on the thing.
its quite a drive to the nearest cinema from here and the selections down there are pretty minmal so we brought the movie screen home. It also impresses the relatives when they visit, so dual purpose there. My relatives are very materialistic. If they don't see enough 'stuff' they get suspicious that things are not right. So the tv satisfies them quite well in that dept. heh, not joking either.
runs up quite an electric bill. probably the equivalent of 5 or 6 regular tv's when it's on. I got an LCD, the picture quality is superb, crisp and colorful. I used to hate watching tv, I used to think of it as such an annoying little thing. Doesn't bother me so much anymore. The big ones are a lot easier to look at for sure. Those little flat screens are nice too, a few friends of mine have 25 or 30 inch ones, pretty pleasant too. probably the LCD, sharper picture. Not sure the little one would impress the family though.

…………………..sigh………………….
just chillin’ out after the flush. It really takes it outta me the recovery day. Just sitting around reading and listening to music. Watch a rubbish DVD too. I cooked shoulder of lamb for dinner, with roast potatoes, roast carrots and roast parsnips. The shoulder was slow cooked for 4 hours…..it fell off the bone….the gravy was almost black from all the black burnty gloop at the bottom of the roasting tray. Uuuuummmmmmm. I feel like a beached whale now, i can hardly move i'm so stuffed…………
…………………..sigh………………….

I got the Green Bay Packers on playing aginst the NY Giants. It's 0 degrees in Green Bay WI, what's that like -12 or something celcius... anyway... cooold.. I have it on I wanted to see if the quarterbacks would get frost bite on their fingertips. Even foot ball is good on the big screen, very good, no squinting to see where the ball went.
I love shoulder of lamb, had it a couple days ago. I marinate mine overnight in lemon, cider vingar ,olive oil, salt pepper and rosemary. That is actually the recipe. Thren i bake/roast it for about an hour and a half. Lamb always makes me feel good I have no idea why. I am very into the big steak thing these days, lamb or beef. Must have something my body needs I have been craving it. I have a big thick slice of lamb chop steak marinating in the fridge again for tomorrow. I started that one yesterday so it should be real yummy by tomorrow evening. It was big thick NY strip for dinner this evening. Big salad. Don't tell the tax man.
wodka after dinner cut the steak grease... gosh that was good. please do not tell the tax man. I must have another wodka. It's sunday. I am entitled.
Skiing was icy and choppy ice not much fun. I have the kid on a snowboard, she loves it. She falls a lot. I am getting noticable mercury drip in my spine after the last liver cleanse, all week I have been feeling it now and then. Eating garlic with every meal, I should eat more. that last cleanse was an important one for me apparently. Those stones and whatevers, they must hold onto a lot of toxins. Or else they block your system up. did you get any whoppers or anything worth mention? You'll feel real good by tomorrow lunchtime.
My dad came home from the hospice. I phoned him a liitle while ago. he's in a wheelchair he sounds great, he is real nice when he's sober i hope he stays that way. I do not recall him ever being sick, no colds nothing. he was real big on garlic and horseradish, he even grew horse radish along the foundation of the house when we were kids.

I support the NY Giants. I have seen them play a couple of times when I lived in NY. Great Stadium. They used to be quite good, are they any good now? I don’t keep up with American football anymore, but I do enjoy the big games when I see them on TV.
Ummmm…that marinade looks good. I will try that next time. I love lamb, had it for breakfast today too and will have it will dinner tonight, cold with a baked spud. Chicken is good but beef does not agree with me, sits in my tum tum like a dead weight. That’s even if its organic.
Still recovering from the flush today. Stone count was rubbish. Only 47, but that 47 was mostly titchy ones. All in all not even enough to make one whopper, so I am a little disappointed. Did see a lot of parasite action, lots seem to have been flushed out of my liver….which is good news. If I don’t start feeling good I will not flush again for some time. But its early days yet…always takes me a week to recover from the flushes

hmm... you know what, i am not sure but i don't know what else it would be, but I think the aloe chelates. I know it removes toxins.. but gosh golly I was eating a good heap of it twice a day because it's suppose to be good for colon cleansing and stuff... I got constipated pretty good instead... and then when i do go it's got a major heavy metal smell. The aloe is the only thing different I've added (in that quantity, i eat it now and then just not so much).
I guess I will order the humaworm. and then do the aloe again when I'm clear. It was making me feel great all week, really great, it felt like it cleaned out my lymph system real nice... and then suddenly, major mercury moving and then.. it must have all dumped into my stomach ... I'm stuck. Almost painfully stuck. Amazing how constipation can make you feel so yucky. mercury does that to me, sort of freezes the colon... numb and not working real well.
Interesting though, the aloe must really be a major toxin remover. Not just mercury, suppose to be good for all sorts of stuff.
I took some castor oil earlier, i'll take some dmsa to mop up too. I have some liquid edta that gets into the stomach pretty good and seems to bind stuff and that usually helps the colon move along for me too.
just thought you'd find that interesting. hope you are feeling better. lousy couple days for a trader huh. I think my biz is recession proof, we will find out I guess. the giants won, headed to the bowl.. there wasn't any whining about the cold weather. They must have skin of steel. I chicken out at 15 degrees F.

Aloe vera is a very good cleanser. I have no idea about chelating merc, but from what I understand the mercury gets lodged in various organs and in any bacteria, fungus, parasites, deposites, so when you clean ‘em out…the mercury comes out too. some of it comes out in yr BM, some of it redistributes. You should unblock yrself asap as u don’t want any re-absorbsion in from the bowels, I know this can happen. Maybe try a Epsom salt flush if u need to do it to quick….just don’t eat close to the flush….otherwise will make you nauseous. In Europe, Aloe is used almost exclusively as a digestive aid and laxative. Elsewhere, including the United States, the gel from the inner aloe leaf is a popular ingredient in many skin preparations and cosmetics.
The laxative component of the plant works by preventing the absorption of water from the bowel, thus increasing the volume of its contents and hastening their passage. This component of Aloe also kills some bacteria and is believed to act against a variety of viruses including herpes, chickenpox, and flu.
Aloe Vera has been used to heal both internally and externally. It greatly speeds the healing of many skin injuries, including ulcerations, burns, hives and poison ivy and also acts as a laxative. Aloe latex is a powerful laxative, but because it can cause painful cramping, it is not used frequently for this purpose. Other milder herbal laxatives such as cascara sagrada and senna are usually recommended first.
Aloe use has also been suggested in connection with diabetes, ulcers, and other conditions. However, presently no conclusive clinical studies have supported this assertion. Good luck on humaworm. It worked wonders for me. What u gonna try? The bowel or the parasite cleanse? I did my first castor oil pack this week. Quality….i will be doing more of them for sure. Made me fell real nice and relaxed that did. Warm and fuzzy feeling all the next day. My biz is not directly related to the stock market. I deal with Oil Tankers which has it’s own natural rhythms, but the stock market dump does not help. I was at a big football match(soccer) last night. My team won 5-1 against out biggest rivals. We are now in the final which will be played at the national stadium, 90,000 capacity, brand spanking new Wembly stadium. I sang my heart out last night, all night long. Its very tribal over here! My throat is ripped to shreds…..but I’m as happy as a sandboy.

Yeah, watching the pros play in the big stadiums, it's a rush I agree. Just being there with the crowd and everyone so into their team.. I have been just a couple times for pro football here and there, a great time each time. College foot ball pretty good too depending on the team. TV really doesn't compare.
Anyway... the castor oil unstuck me a bit... not much.. I have a big something traveling through I can feel it.. the castor oil has helped move it closer to exit but still not there. How exactly do I do a simple epsom salt flush? Would that be the first two part of the liver cleanse and then just eliminate the oilive oil part? It's been two weeks, I could do another liver flush this Friday, which route would you take on this one? Just the epsom salts or go the whole liver flush? I recover within about 2 days on the liver flush so downtime doesn't bother me too much.
Just like your paragraph says there though.. that's exactly how it feels... I should have used something milder on this first go round, it's been months since I've done a colon cleanse.
I had absolutey no idea the aloe was that effective, extreme effective.. I think I loosened something major.
I will get both the parasite cleanse and the colon cleanse and use your routine downline.. I will get two colon cleanse items and use one now but it'll be a week before it arrives... and I was thinking after two weeks of being on that to start adding in some of the fresh aloe gel with it because honestly... in all of my chelation I have never ever had such a foul smell of major heavy metal as I have had this week from whatever the aloe is pulling out. And I have had some pretty major heavy metal foul smelling bm days... nothing like this though.
Maybe indicative of what's been hanging around in my colon huh? I can feel the redistrbution from it being loose in my colon, but I seem to get rd of that easily enough once bm's are normal. The aloe... wo,w it did a super job on making my lymph glands feel real good all over, top to bottom. I really want to do it bigtime now. But the stuff hanging in there.. it is reinfecting my lymph system at the monmet I have swollen lymphs, just slight but swollen, in several different places since about 2 days ago. The aloe will get rid of it again I have no doubt. That is a really good item to know about for that. I had no idea.
Man I am dripping mercury all over, getting the weak lower back symptoms the whole bit, not major but all over. I will take dmsa for a couple days too, that usually cleans that up.

I mixed up some epsom salts in water and will drink that in a bit... it would be nice if I didn't have to miss dinner... barely ate yesterday and not much today either...
I am getting slight shoulder pains too... maybe all of you were experiencing is colon related, sure seems to be here.
I have a friend trying to convince me to go the colemic board route as well. Have you looked into that? seems like it could be messy but everyone with experience with it says it's not and supposedly it is the best last word on colon cleansing. I have had 4 or 5 colonics done by a therapist, months ago. It's a 90 minute drive for me though kind of ruins the whole day. But I know the routine sort of by now.

hmmm... I was browsing around and I found this: http://www.oxypowder.com/articles/warning-herbal-cleanser.htmlhe lists all the ingredients of the humaworm cleanse there and says they're not so hot. it may very well be the psyllium that clogged me up i truly was fine prior and I have eaten aloe lots of times, just not so much twice a day. I think I will get the juicer out and leave it on the cupboard all week, do some juicing, fruit smoothies, salads and soups all week, a tad of aloe minus the psyllium, and try to find a colemic board. colonema whatever. The only thing that I know of that really helps what I'm experiencing at the moment are the colonics. the oral colon cleansers help whole bunches but colonics cure it. The lower back thing, I have been feeling the sensation move from my colon to all my back muscles the past couple days. drinking lots of water, epsom salts helped. Think i'll skip the liver flush this weekend. I ran into a page that suggested using sea salt instead epsom salt ot do the same thing. if you know where to buy a colemic board thingamig setup let me know!

http://tuberose.com/Colon_Health.htmlahhhhhhhhhhh! …………….A taste of my own medicine! LOL “If you have to strain or if you have to read a magazine while you wait for a movement, then you are constipated” That is something that I was amazed to find out. I used to be in there for 10-15 mins and I thought that was normal. I learned that about 1 year ago. My ignorance amazes me!

Colema board – don’t know much about these things, but bowel cleansing with herbs is what I will be doing as a preference. I believe they are quite expensive. I would stick with bowel cleanses myself.
Oxy-Powder- I read the link. I have no experience with that product, so I should not really comment. That brand is very well known and very commonly used. I did disagree quite furiously with this line…….
“A better option would be to choose a non-herbal cleansing product with a well-documented safety record. In addition to being more effective than herbal cleansers, an oxygen-based cleanser like Oxy-Powder® is much gentler on the digestive tract and offers virtually no risk whatsoever to your health.”
I believe “herbs” are the best way to go for everything!
......but I don’t know enough about it to even guess what is best.
…..but I do know that the Humaworm stuff worked wonders on me!

Epsom salt flush
The directions on my carton of epsom salts say for the occasional relief of constipation. It says to take 2-4 level teaspoons stirred into 8 ounces of water.
I think I did 1 large table spoonful of Epsom salt in a glass of water on an empty stomach. You can eat later, like one or two hours, but important to do it on an empty stomach. Maybe first thing in the morning. Yes it just like when u liver flushing.
"This must be taken on an empty stomach. The water and salt will not separate - will stay intact and thoroughly and quickly wash the entire tract in about one hour. Several eliminations will likely occur. The salt water has the same specific gravity as the blood, hence the kidneys cannot pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt. This may be taken as often as needed for proper washing of the entire digestive system."

salt water flushing
same as principle as Epsom salt flushing.
2 tsp sea salt/rock salt/crystal salt in a glass of water on an empty stomach.
Will flush the system in 1 hour. Stand by the loo
Juicing – whenever I get digestive problems…the first thing I do is go liquid. Really helps. I have had a liquid lunch for the last 4 days. 1.5 pints of veg juice at lunch. I have been feeling great in the afternoons! Nicely buzzed up! Yeeeha!
You should not feel hungry after drinking veg juice, if you do it means you have things living inside you that are hungry!!!!

The oxy page... I know... I agree with you about herbal... but I have noticed some constipation in the past when using psyliium on a regular basis too... probably I don't drink enough water when using it but not sure because I usually drink a lot of water. I think the past couple weeks I have not been eating enough fiber... greens roughage etc... then the liver cleanse keeps you from drinking water for almost 24 hours or more... then of course I didn't do my cilantro routine (which is great fiber/roughage) all that week and last because i didn't want to move mercury and stuff around near the liver flush... so anyway I was really craving the cilanto last night so I ate some I feel pretty good this morn between the epsom salts and that I think, and of course I drank a ton of water yesterday. The cilantro/garlic loosens a lot of mercury and other stuff in the colon too, that actually helps keep me pretty regular usually. Another huge problem, the local grocery stopped selling organic garlic for some strange reason. I reall need a good source for that. I am just eating regular garlic at this point, not crazy about that.
I do have to juice more, and more fruit smoothies. i used to do a fruit smoothie almost every day and I have lapsed from my good habit there.
I was thinking the same thing about the colema board... a bit expensive... but more than that ... What a contraption!! I really don't want a board and bucket setup cluttering up the bathroom!!! But then I found that tuberose page and they give directions for the 'high enema' thing and if you follow some of the links they sell a big enema bag that looks like something i can pack up and hide away which looks like a good route for me. Only $15 bucks too, minus shipping.
I have been feeling the need for a colonic the whole past month off and on to tell you the truth. The lower back weakness... it's just vague but it's there, means my colon needs a flush. I watched some colemia videos and read lots of stuff last night... all the pros say if you really want to clean out your colon you should do the colonic and herbal cleanse together.... and you should do it once or twice a day (the enema/colonic) for a week or two for the best results.
I am very convinced at this point that colon is the answer. I can really feel my old symptoms coming back on when I get constipated... or as now, when I haven't had a colon cleanse in a while.
anyway I have to move around money to pay bills today and then i am going to order the stuff and do the high enema thing with some sort of herbal cleanse at the same time so i will keep you updated... next week i guess. I did the epsom salts yesterday afternoon (my box says the same as yours 2-4 teaspoons whatever I did the full dose) ate dinner what a relief... a few hours later ate some more aloe last night without the psyllium... I did some magnesium citrate and added a tad of citric acid (that's all mainly that's in the oxy powder ingredients and all stuff I have on my shelf already) and about 20 minutes later drank more water with some apple cider vinegar in there like oxy recommends too.
Good this morn.
hard to perch on the toilet like that. A full scale perch setup won't do well in my bathroon either I am not the only one who uses the bathroom. I could cordone off the one downstairs but that means I would have to need a place to hide the thing when ever a visitor came by so that won't happen either! I actually had a friend in college who had a setup like that in his bathroom and every time someone came over it was this big conversation about pooping... so no, not likely here. You could get a little step that also acts like a shelf to place clothes when bathing and stuff, more pragmatic probably.
but real sure colon is the answer. I have been chelating for months and I generally feel real good but if i get just a tad constipated I become quite aware within 24 hrs that my colon is toxic and then i start feeling a little bit poisoned again. I probably have encrusted areas too, that might even be what that big ball of old junk that came out on the liver flush was. so anyway I will go the high enema with herbal route and see what happens. There's no way I can drive everyday into the city for a professional one (expensive altogether too) and i really think you need to do it everyday day to soften stuff up and get it out. I read somewhere in the past too that you can add a few drops of H2O2 into the enema/colonic water and that is suppose to be real good for your colon too. The tuberose page goves ideas for herbal stuff you can add in. My colonic lady only ever uses plain water, filtered, but plain water. I will stop at the whole food store and peruse my local herbal colon cleanse options this afternoon too.
You know that book, I think by Hal Huggins, 'It's All In Your Head?' you've heard of it... he needs to write a sequel, 'It's All In Your Butt'

I hope yr mop-up operation goes ok. Its nasty when Hg is floating around, just looking for trouble. Yeah, me too….always targets my lower back. Been a constant ‘mare. Constant! You need to get yr bowels moving pronto….epsom salt or salt flush is a good idea. Do you know much about crystal salt? I just read the most wonderful book about salt and water. Seriously, I feel uplifted now. I feel that my consciousness has been uplifted. It is a very strange sensation that. Uplifted by knowledge! I feel that I have educated so much now, this book I just read seems to have tipped me over into another level of understanding. Was a totally cool book. When reading health books, a lot of the stuff goes over my head. I have no medical background after all. Each book that I read makes me more and more educated, so that less and less stuff goes over my head. Reading this latest book seemed to make SO much sense. All my learning from all the other books seems to have been pulling together until I really feel like I know whats going on. I still have a lot to learn, by a long way, but a lot of the messages in these books now make clear sense t me. I can discard the stuff I don’t believe and marvel at the new discoveries I make. I guess the reason this particular book made so much sense was because over the last year I have trying many different ideas out. This book brought a lot of those ideas together in one big bang of understanding. Most of the stuff I had been doing was right. Only one thing I was doing was wrong, which was the type of water I was drinking. I have been drinking distilled water. Much of the stuff suggested I had done already and what they said would happened, had actually happened in that way. And I got a load more things to try now, more ideas to ponder. Floatation tanks….that needs trying out for sure. If you have any interest in salt or water, ever wondered which and what is the right stuff to take, and why, then this book just blew my socks off. Its not very long, only took me a couple of days to finish, some stuff I disagreed with, but plenty made good good sense. Water and Salt: The Essence of Life - The Healing Power of Nature (Paperback) by Barbara Hendel (Author), Peter Ferreira (Author) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Water-Salt-...ay&qid=1201189965&sr=8-8

You are right about the salt... I have read some about it too, not as much as you though..
I have to run and later maybe you can educate me more about it. I have some himalayan sea salt on the shelf, regular sea salt also, all sorts of stuff.
i guess that would be the thing... I can spend money left and right... which will not help me... I need things that are pragamatic that are simple that don't cost egads or take up egads of space (like a clomea board) because I kind of eel that as i approacjh my middle years here this is all something i need to quietly fit into my daily habits whithout cringing too much, either physically or financially.
If I spend over 100-150 this month on health stuff what I would really like to spend it on is more H2O2 ( I am almost out) and more himalayan sea salt, I love that stuff.
I have a whole box of various excellent vitamins here unopened too so i think I am covered in that corner for a while. i spent so much money on this type of stuff last spring. I really don't want any more episodes of that.

I will do that with the salt in the morn, usually i just eat it.. keep in the table salt shakers.
So... I left $80 at the health food store... that is what i mean... if you really want to do things rights.. it adds up quick and I have big bills to pay. But i got some good stuff a few different variations of things and the enema thing will be here early next week that will be quite an experiment. They wanted $40 for a small box of Essiac tea at the store here... forget it. I got a few different types of other stuff with all the essiac ingredients and more for $17 for all 3. The yogi detox tea is great have yoyu ever tried that? about $6.
And I got a pineapple. I ate half.
And you... congratulations... on everything!!!!
have a great weekend!

I really thought your idea of using the essiac tea was a good one sunshine, and then of course the herbal colon cleanse... but it was a bit pricey for those two name brand items... so i went to the local health food store... I got 4 or 5 items I will use at various times of the day the next few weeks that include all the ingredients of the essiac tea and the humaworm, and more... for a fraction of the price.
My basic list includes:
Swiss Kriss laxative (senna i think) -$6-7 dollars for a little botlle.
Something called 'Super Cleanse' by Nature's Secret (colon cleanse herbs), 100 tablets, -$14.95
Yogi Detox tea - $6 dollars
A tea called Smooth Move (colon cleanse tea) -$5.00
And I picked up a throat lubricant tea that contains burdock (to match the essiac) slippery elm, and mullien too, made by the same people that make the smooth move tea, $5.00
I really am a tea drinker I think I will keep those teas on the shelf from now on, can't beat them for the price and they work! And the swiss kriss, we used to use that as kids i had forgotten about it.
and a pineapple -$4-5.00 (my best digestion aid and parasites hate it)
and I also got a bottle of Pau D'Arco herb supplements ($8-9)but i'll save that for downline.
What a relief. I think I lost 7 very uneeded pounds this morning.
and the rest of the money tallying to $80 dollars or so... just some health food junk food treats and cherry syrup to make yummy cherry drinks for the kid.
and I am adding in a bit of my fresh aloe daily too. The aloe does a real good job of detoxing the lymph system for me. as long as my colon is clear...

Do you know anything about crystals? Well I don’t know anything about rocks and crystals and all that malarkey. Nothing whatsoever, just that its mega weird, and its for hairy bearded eco freaks in dirty smelly clothes, with dirty fingernails. Nothing could be further from my city orientated life. Nothing.
That water and salt book I read, was an awesome read, talked about getting the water you drink “energised”. Kinda like full of energy and life, atoms whizzing about ‘n stuff. It talked about putting quartz crystals in your water and magically make the water better, more full of life….weird stuff eh!
Anyway….i know there is a rock shop near me, full of freaks, so made sure no one saw me and I sneaked in and bought some. I bought 4 bits, about 1 inch square each. Rose, clear, amethyst, smokey….all quartz. I poured 1 glass of fresh water UN-rocked into a glass and put it in a cupboard. Then I put the crystals in the bottom of my water cooler. Then I went away for the weekend. When I came back Sunday night I got another glass, this time from the water cooler that had the 4 crystals sitting in it for 1.5 days. I then did the Pepsi challenge. The water was exactly the same, except one had these four crystals sitting in it for 1.5 days.
And blow me over and call me a fishmonger……….they tasted different. And proper different too. it was subtle, I had to drink back and forth between the two, but 100pct defo……….different. The crystal water tasted much smoother and nicer. I got my wife to test it as well…….she though the same. And my little girl tried it too…..and she could tell they where different!………..and she like the one with the crystal better too.
Weird eh!
Oh yeah, I grew a beard last week too………………hahahahahahahaha Looked like a health freak so I trimmed it to a goatee now. I look pretty smart now! Dapper!
I saw this from my back garden at sunset last night and I thought of Elvis!

Nope, don't know anything about the mystic qualities of quartz or crystals. Though you could do the same thing to water with any garden variety rock... change the taste to a more mineral taste, soften it a bit, the salts in the rock do that (smoother and nicer = softer).. I prefer the taste of orange peel myself. Our water is pretty soft here already, not city water.
yea them chemtrails are another bit of malarky. It's one thing on a hot summer day when they say they are doing it to prevent global warming, it something else altogether when they do it in winter when it's already freezing outside or on cloudy days when they spray their junk above the natural clouds that are already keeping the sun away. somehow or another their logic loses me in midstream there. I think chemtrails are more like flouride, just another way for the gov to fritter away my hard earned tax dollars to illicitely cover up their toxic dumping programs.
you need to keep some feverfew on the shelf so that you can always be sure your weekend getaways are headache free.

Wow! Feeling GREAT today. Did another castor oil pack last night. Think I have recovered from the liver flush now too. I will chill from them now, too many side effects….too hardcore even for me.
Essiac tea seems to be working well now, I change my dosing to drink more at bed time and that seems to be making a difference. Saw the osteopath today…..big change continues, I feel much stronger, the knots are going and staying away. I’m veg juicing at lot at the moment…..its really making me feel great too. Did breakfast and lunch today. And……………I keep gaining weight…….another 2 pounds in these last 10-12 days…..and that’s with lots of juice meals.
I could get used to feeling like this!

I saw this odd commercial on tv for a prescription medication for people with constipation. They said... it will help people that only have 3 or 4 bm's per week have 5 or 6 bm's per week.
honestly. no kidding.
Imagine a doctor actually prescribing that to people, he'd have to be utterly incompetent. sounds like a sure prescription for chronic illness. anything for money I guess.
m good here too.
castor oil is amazing stuff. Did you know tha ricin (spelling?), that really toxic poison that some guy sprayed into a japanese subway car a few years back, is made from the castor bean plant? I have some growing in a thicket in the yard. The moles chew the roots and die.
I had a big fruit smoothie loaded with vitamins and whey. The veg juicer is such a pain to clean up. Plus it takes all the fiber out. the smoothie machine leaves the fiber in. i should try carrots in there it does a great job chopping ice, might handle a few carrots.
don't use rocks with traces of iron, forgot to tell you, iron makes hard lousy tasting water. there's lots of quartz in the river behind the house. how big of a chunk do you need? my daughter is real good at breaking the big ones. it's her summer hobby. white quartz. I should tell her to bring some in for iced tea. I wonder if there are traces of uranium in there, there is in granite.

I avoid normal TV now. I just watch films and football. The news is too depressing for me.
Castor seems pretty good, did two packs in two days and I continue to feel ok. Next book will be the castor oil book I got. I’m just finishing the Kevin Trudeau book now.
The crystals I got are pure crystal, no iron in them, they are kinda transparent, smokey cloudy clear crystal……let me google a pic for you…..1 moment…..

size….not too sure, but 1 got four bits each about 1inch square. They are in my water cooler which is for 18.5 liters. The book said to put them I a jug of water overnight….but I don’t have time for that. i will just put them in the water cooler and leave them there.

all those little reddish orange yellowy specks and streaks in the quartz, that's iron Sunshine.
Iron won't hurt you, your body actually needs it in limited quantities.
difficult to find a large piece of quartz without streaks of iron. The amber piece is loaded with it.
looks exactly like the quartz in our backyard, except ours is not polished. We bought a rock tumbler a few years back, takes forever to run though, a real project. I had a big chunk on the porch, don;t see it there anymore.. probably it's in the flowers. Maybe if I get inspired later I will snap a photo and show you what it looks like unpolished, simply cracked in half.
same exact colors as yours though. how much did they charge you for those?

They are not mine, i just google them. mine are in the bottom of the water cooler. When its empty I will take a pic of them for you. will be in 3-4 days. But they look like them above. I can’t remember if they had those iron bits on or not. Don’t think so.
And no, I have no idea what nor how this works, but its not about minerals coming off the rocks…its about the crystals energising the water somehow, something to do with the structure of the crystal changing the structure of the water…..i donno. I don’t get it…..but the water tastes better……………….

I would say the minerals in the rock interact with trace whatevers in the water a bit, even create little teeny electrical charges, add positve or negative charges etc thus changing the 'structure' of the water. It's not really a 'mystical' thing going on there... anyway... a friend of mine has these really huge pieces of crystals of all sorts, dozens upon dozens of them, gorgeous, he displays them all over his house, big 6,10 and 12 inch high pieces, all different colors... he goes rock hunting for them in New Mexico or somewhere in that area, brings them back by the trunk load. The stuff around our house by the ton is probably more accurately described as 'quartzlike', I found the the one in the flower bed. Probably it is some sort of marble if you polished it. there are huge rocks of it all over the place the here, bigger than your car. The mountains are made out of it. But it got my interest, I like rocks, so I found these two pages that might interest you too: http://www.emporia.edu/earthsci/amber/go336/junod/quartz2.htmhttp://comp.uark.edu/~sboss/vrockbag.htmOur quartz here looks like the massive quartz rocks on the virtual rock bag page, and lots of calcite too. According to the student page, smokey quartz has aluminum in it, pink is thallium, both rather poisonous to eat. We have a lot of pink in the rock here hmmm. I have some really neat rocks. I should get a new rock pick. It would be really nice to find an inexpensive rock tumbler that did the job in less than 3 days too. I think the kid broke the one we've got, I vaguely rember something about her pouring carborundum mixed with water into the thing and getting it clogged up. I should probably get a better water filter too.

I was wondering Sunshine, when you did your humaworm colon cleanse, how many times a day did you take the herbs? You did a full month right?
My flush equip arrived finally... I am thinking about it... what's nice is the big container of bentonite clay I ordered from that company too, a big jar I think it only cost 10 bucks.
It says for external; use ony on the clay, it's a powder but people actually eat it a little bit for detoxing don't they? I was going to use it the reverse way (suppose to be good for a colon flush) but just wondering.
Lower back achy all week, flushing is the only thing I know of that clears that up real good. Though skiing actually seems to help too, loosens me up quite a bit, the fun exercise.

Humaworm: I took the capsules first thing in the morning with my morning 1 pint of water, at least 30 mins prior to breakfast. And again at about 6pm in the evening, 30 mins prior to food. Each time 2 caps, to make a total of 4 caps per day. I did the whole 1 month and I had action in my BM’s every day upto 1 week after the capsules ran out. I set the calendar alarm on my mobile to remind me in the evenings to take the caps 30 mins prior to food.
I don’t know anything about clay.
I had a real small taster of honey last night, less than a tsp. And 2 rows of chocolate too. My digestion did not like it. Feel a bit bloated today, shoulder hurts too. Today I will do the whole veg juice only. No solids. I’m still not totally recovered from the liver flush either. I will spare you the gory details but rash is still a rash and it itches like crazy. Tea tree oil + neem oil + castor oil is working a bit to calm it down. I don’t mind the rash too much, but the digestive troubles is most annoying.
Oh yeah…………… Humaworm recommends liver flushing either before or after the cleanse but not during. Reason being you will flush out the herbs of the liver. Hw recommends flushing 7 days after the end.

bloating after honey or chocolate is probably yeasts. could make your shoulder hurt too.
I keep grapefruit seed extract on the shelf for that these days... works great. You can never really get rid of all the yeasts, you don't really want to, they are part of the good bacteria package in your stomach when your system isn't out of whack. The GSE helps keep them under control. I use about 12-15 drops in a big glass of water once or twice a day on an empty stomach if I notice any obvious yeasty problems. just a few days of that should do the trick, you don;t have to do it forever or even all wek. though a full week is probably ok if you feel the need. Ginger on the list there too and garlic for yeasts.
I use honey daily without any problem. i rarely eat choclate. had a few pieces around christmas time.
ok, will start using your routine... my herbal cleanse says at night before bed only... not doing a magnificent job.. I was worried about taking them close to meals but i guess I shouldn't. The first couple days I got much better action by taking them a couple times during the day too.
Another liver cleanse is on the list for after this for sure. That last one really got a lot of junk out. too much actually... I'll recover.

$hit sorry, I misread your post. I thought you where talking about humaworm the parasite cleanse. For the bowel cleanse that is different. I took 4 caps at noon, prior to food 5 caps at bedtime but I did this at the same time as the parasite cleanse so this was special to me. looking at humaworm bowel cleanse dosing website …………it says……….. “WHAT IS THE DOSING? 3 capsules 3 times per day for 30 days. Swallow ONE PILL at a time and drink lots of water after each pill. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day every day during the cleanse. The water allows the psyllium to do it's job properly.” http://humaworm.com/coloncleanse.html

I'm kind of runny at that dosage. Is that normal? I know for occasional use for constipation to break stuff up that's good, but is it ok to be runny like that for a couple weeks?
My back feels much better though. That took all week to clear up. Haven't had that achy back since... hmm, probably last May or June. Im squeamish about the enema stuff but I know that's really what i need... some bentonite clay in there to really collect the poisons. Such a chore though. Maybe later. Never done it by myself before. I'm a virgin.
I got this funny spam email... I never open them but the subject line said... "I fell but I can get up" heh

Well...
That was easy. And to think I had to think about a DIY project of this sort for several months before doing it.
a lot of scum and a load of what appeared to be mucous and/or old psyllium. an oily/slick film in the toilet bowl... probably mercury residue or lead in there... and the dull ache at the base of my spine is... pretty much gone... overnight! Major bm this morn and I am back in action! I have a very very slight dull ache left there.
what a relief. That ache spreads into my back and hips and is very troubling. I need that 2 or 3 times a week for a while I think. sure beats driving into town and paying $75. probably not as effective as a professional colonic, I used the high enema method, but still obviously quite effective.
I used a bit of H2O2 in filtered/boiled then cooled water and then added bentonite to some of it too. After I added the bentonite a whole bunch of weird looking white/tannish stuff came out. The clay is great, loosens all sorts of stuff apparently. My colonic lady never used h2o2 or bentonite either so this is great for me. I think a lot of my mercury/other toxin problems are caused by that nasty residue clinging to my colon more than anything else. I always get sick when i get constipated but feel pretty darn good when things are in order down there.
gosh that was easy. I did it in the bathtub and emptied into the toilet bowl.
So I'll keep taking the herbals, but not quite so much for me Sunshine... I was in the grocery store yesterday and would have actually spent a few more minutes picking up some movies for the weekend but I had to get to the loo real bad and so had to leave quickly... I can't deal with a whole month of that. I think the high enema in combo with some herbals is probably more effective for me anyway.
very easy.

…………………(big smile)…………….
Yes, it is easier that you initially think. Not the nicest thing to do, but at least you get to do it the comfort of yr own home.
I’m feeling better today. I started another chelation round Thursday and Friday depression hit me out of the ground. I don’t get depressed, so on the odd occasion when it comes it’s a bit confusing. I wanted to quit my job, leave my home and just go away somewhere and hide away. Not talk to anyone. But……….as ever it passed, today is a good day.
I dry skin brushed today and gave myself a massage with coconut oil. I felt pretty damn fine after that. You know what? I was looking in the mirror, I got some muscle tone coming back………….
…………….happy days.
Still doing my press-ups too, did 10 girl and 4 normal yesterday.
I do believe I’m getting better.
I am getting more good days than bad days now
and i had a detox bath today

Oh, I forgot to tell you. I went to church the other day. Popped into a cathedral to see the restoration work which had just been completed and there was a service going on. I could have just turned away and left, but I thought no I’d sit down and listen in, see what they had to say, see if I could soak up …..donno what I could soak up, but I stayed for a while anyway.
Well, nothing to report. Ho hum!
Been digging in the garden this afternoon…. I happy to be able to do that, very happy indeed.

Pretty rocks.
I like smaller churches myself.
You inspired me to melt up some new cocoa and shea butter stuff. I put some apricot and jojoba oil in to keep it soft, and added a good bit of tea tree and rosemary oil too. I ran out last month. I feel a lot so much better when my skin is sealed real nice with a layer of friendly oil after a shower. Helps keep me from getting dehydrated I think. I use aloe first, and then put the cocoa/shea butter over that. feels great. The tea tree keeps the bugs away and rosemary is good for circulation. I think your skin actually absorbs extra fatty acids that way too. keeps you young looking, good to know as you head into your 40's. You should grown some aloe, your wife would love it. it's real easy in pots and doesn't even hardly need any sun, just daylight. Mine are humongous. I gave a huge one to my coloinc lady last summer... I carried it into her place in like a 16" clay pot and i set it down and say to her, 'do not water that before you take it up into the house because that pot gets real heavy when it;s full of water.' So next time I went over there she is moaning and groaning about her back... which she threw out of whack carrying that huge aloe plant up her stairs... I felt real bad. yep, she watered it first.
I think I will do my hair a new color this week too. I had a lot of gray coming when I was sick sick sick last year, it stopped doing that thankfully, but I picked up a couple neat colors back then.. one is this deep deep very reddish brown I thought that would be fun. I get more favors from men when my hair has a reddish tint to it I've noticed. I used this other color last summer that was slightly red and I couldn't go anywhere without men offering to help me with something. Normally it's just blondy brown and I don't get that response. that is weird isn't it?
It's so dumb, me getting sick like that when I look back from here. If I had known how to do an enema, had kept some colon cleanse stuff in the house, i could have avoided an awful lot of suffering. That is exactly how I got real sick last winter... it all started with major constipation after the dental work. So dumb.

Hi Sunshine Like your rocks. Are you putting them in your drinking water? How does it work and what can it do for ya? I am up to trying anything to get well faster LOL. Let me know.
Hi So Sick I agree about the colan cleanse stuff. I think constipation is what keeps my stomach in such bad shape. It is doing better but not as good as it should be. I have some colan cleanse stuff on order and will be here soon. I bet I can get things moving right along then. LOL I put oil on everyday too and my skin just seems to drink it right in...is that all part of detoxing, my skin has really been getting dry on some days. Some days is real smooth and pretty. I am on my last week of parasite cleanse so that could have alot to do with it. I want to get an aloe plant, have had several and I have killed them all. Maybe over watering....don't know. I am really good with all my house plants, what could I be doing wrong?

I don't water the aloes very much... maybe every 3-4 weeks or so I water them real good but let them dry out inbetween. They like dry, they are sort of a desert plant. make sure they drain well. They seem to like clay pots best. I use organic garden soil and mix some sand and pebbles from the river in. I rarely fertilize them, maybe just twice a year I'll use some fish fertilizer or a little miracle gro. In summer I let them get a couple months of partial sun. They get HUGE. I think if you were to put them in a real big 24 inch pot they would probably get 3-4 feet tall. Mine are about 24 inches tall as it is, about 3 feet wide, all you can eat and soften your skin with. The big leaves/stalks at the base are about 3-4 inches wide and 3/4 to an inch thick. I don't use oil everyday, probably 3 times a week if I have the luxury of time to do it after a bath or shower. Most of the time I am just racing around so 3 times a week is about maximum for me. I don't like to just oil my skin, because it does soak right in. I'll do that if it's all I've got but I melt cocoa butter with other stuiff because the cocoa butter is a lot thicker, waxier, and doesn't soak in as quickly. It also makes scars go away, keeps your skin a nice even pretty tone. Makes for superb legs. I think protecting your skin is just a very important thing to do, it's the largest organ of your body, protects us from all sorts of things when it's healthy, also will eliminate toxins better through the pores when it's healthy.
I'd get an enema kit too, I got mine from tuberose.com, it makes a big difference. Do the herbals and the enema. I put some bentonite clay (got that at tuberose too) in the enema water too, it seems to work real well, drains out poisons, loosens stuff that is sticking in there, also kills parasites. The enema kit is really just a big douche bag with a straight little tip for enemas. I was actually afraid to do it the first time I am such a woose. It was so easy. The herbals help me a lot but the high enema really completes the job. There are great directions on that colon cleanse page I posted about a dozen or so posts up from here on this page. I should have gotten two enema kits so that I don't have to stop and refill. I am trying to imitate a professional colonic. The enema kits were only $15 each, plus shipping. The high enema in the privacy of your own bathroom may offer some advatages I think too, you can add things like bentonite, h2o2, and then also I noticed if I roll onto my side and let the stuff sit in there a minute it'll release stuff from different areas when I thought I was already done. The herbals work to soften stuff up and the high enema really flushes it completely out. makes a big difference.
Seriously, I think colon cleansing is probably number one for detoxing, and with the enema and herbal combo you sure cannot beat the price. I think I spent well under $100 altogether for all that, and the enema bag is reuseable for a long a time, sterilze the tip before and after using it... boil it and/or wash/soak/rinse everything with h2o2 too. Don't share it with anyone.

I buckled and bought a chemical dewormer for the cat.
It unnerves me to mention it but about 2 weeks ago she spat up some junk and there was a big round worm in there. Maybe it was dead from the black walnut hull tincture I had given her. but i couldn't stand it, the herbals are great for us people folk but it's difficult to maintain the routine with the cat.
So i googled cat dewormer and found some stuff called D-Worm, which is piperazine, and you give it to the cat one time and it kills round worms and hookworms and stuff like that. I put it in her food and she lapped it up, it must be flavored nicely too. and then you can give them another dose in a couple weeks if need be. it cost a big $4.00 plus shipping and had a 4.5 star review at amazon.com.
She ate some with the food, I gave her a bit more via eyedropper to make sure she got enough. she is sleeping happily, no spitting up, no vomiting.
I wonder if this stuff works for people.

Hi Skieslimit: I will repeat an earlier post which explains all. The pics above are the crystals i bought and put in my water cooler………….(Sos you have already read this)
Do you know anything about crystals?
Dapper!

I been reading all about Castor oil in this really weird book. What cool stuff it is, I mean really cool stuff indeed. I been doing castor oil packs on various different parts of my body and getting a GOOD detox feeling, all warm and fuzzy….Nice! Gonna do the front of my shoulders tonight, maybe my wrist if I get time too as that’s a bit stiff from all me mouse work. Been putting castor oil on half my face too……LOL…..i want to see if I can notice a difference between each side LOL. Done 2 evenings so far…no difference yet, but its early days. LOL….the crazy ideas I have. Also put it on my feet last night and when to bed with my socks on, gonna do that for 3-4 nights see what happens. Also I got a rash that I’m struggling to shift (from the last liver flush) …..castor oil on that together with tea tree oil and neem oil…..seems to have done the trick….50pct gone now;-) Also drank some olive oil after the castor oil pack…..to stimulate the liver, gallbladder……mini flush! Is that what you do with yr mini-flushes Sos? BM the next day looked a bit like a flush BM.
Yes, looking back at what we could have done when we where so sick, all these things we are doing now to detox are so simple….if only I knew……Oh well….now I do…..better later than never.
I still got my goatee, I kinda like it a bit, then dislike it some…don’t know if I will keep it…..but…. it’s nice for a change. I feel like I’m changing inside me, what with all the detoxing, so its kinda appropriate to change the outside of me too. Feels right somehow. I guess it’s the same with yo hair? I’m colour blind so I never notice peoples hair.
As I said on the Bex thread, colon cleansing is obviously really important for me. now that I know what the black gunk was, now that I’m feeling SO much better with that outta me, now that I am digesting my food, now that I’m regaining weight…..colon cleansing is gonna be regular for me. its piss easy anyway. I’ve been checking out various “products” oxypowder, clay etc….but…..you know what….i’m gonna stick with what worked in the first place. I will order some more for when I get back from holiday.
Poor old Bex, she is stuck in a rut and can’t climb out. She has slipped into that dangerous place of not knowing which way to turn, nor what to do next, too much advice and feeling too crumby to make a decision. If I get a mo, I will send her a PM. I like Bex.
Cat worms: All I’m gonna say is; raw meat diet!

the slaughterhouses are filthy, no raw meat for my cats. it's a nice idea in a better world, but not this one right now for me.
she likes her chicken livers braised with parsley.
I might get some of that horse dewormer for us.
pretty much it.. so tired of all the cleansing changing hair color makes me feel more normal. i know the hair colors are full of toxins but they are so much fun too. c'est la.
must run, summer skiing on the slopes today, cannot miss it plus give the kid some snowboarding time...

yup, we are going with 5 families. 7 kids from the same class. they will all be doing ski school together. we have arranged an instructor to take them every day.
plenty of time for us adults to relex, catch some rays

It's so dumb, me getting sick like that when I look back from here. If I had known how to do an enema, had kept some colon cleanse stuff in the house, i could have avoided an awful lot of suffering. That is exactly how I got real sick last winter... it all started with major constipation after the dental work. So dumb. You said this the other day. i just wanted to say thanks. that was a cool comment. makes good sense and rung big bell in my head. being able to see the wood for all the trees in really important and that helped me see

Austria gee whiz I ski in a miniature ski park that's all we've got here compared to that. Keeps me from getting rusty I tell everyone. I suppose it beats sitting in lawn chairs with your goggles at the bottom of the slope asking the kids how conditions are though. huh. just kidding really. But it does all sound like waaay too much fun still. Are you sure you can handle it? I bet you sit there watching the kids for one day, maybe two and then it's going to come down to... c'mon guys lets rent some skiis what the heck... I have been telling my daughter for years now... puhlease... come skiing... and she would not budge and so then i took her out there one day early this season, back in early december... I told her i needed her to help carry some stuff for me... I demanded she come and help me... and that was it for her... she stood there for 30 minutes watching all the other kids screaming with delight and she gave in. And once she had that snowboard strapped on there was no turning back. I always feel much better after a day of skiing then I do in the morning before I go, it's really true... I can be stiff and tired and not in a mood to do anything all day but I get myself out there and after about an hour of it I am all loosened up and feeling marvelous. Gets your blood running real good and your heart pumping with so much adeniline. I just have to somehow teach the kid to stop her snowboard properly right now she's so happy just blasting down the hill but when she needs to stop she's in that early habit of just folding and falling. I have her getting off the lift with perfection though. She's only been out 3 times so far. She wouldn't go for a few weeks after the second time, bruised herself up pretty good. It was so wet out there the other day, having a warm spell here, she looked like she had been to a water park in her snow equipment. She was wearing these brand new jeans and she kept leaving looong blue skid marks with her butt all over the hill when she fell. So at least we could keep track of her progress that way.
