Playing with fire would pretty much be it.

Look... over the past 7-10 years I have spent thousands of dollars on dentistry, a good part of that cosmetic because either I used a tooth whitener about 18 years ago that ate slightly into the enamel of my teeth, not the front ones luckily, or else I had a $$$hitty cleaning job done by a dumb dental assistant when I lived in Florida... anyway, all these teeth developed little black gouges along the gumline which was really starting to look like heck... For the sake of argument I'll say either it was tooth whitener or very rough cleaning... really I thik it was the latter because it affected exactly the same three or four teeth left and right, top and bottom, and no others. I also remember coming home from that dental appt and noticing the little concave indentations on my teeth. but you know, dentists never make mistakes sooo... anyway it took years to progress but I had to get them all fixed eventually. I had the work started in Richmond VA, the dentist was an artist, his work was beautiful, no problems. but then we moved here. I went to a local dentist to get the work finsihed. his work really stank. You don't notice stinky dental work sometimes till it starts getting decrepit within the next several months though. The gumline around all the teeth this local dentist did is receding a bit too. He was obviously jealous of the other dentists' work and even drilled into some of it saying he needed to see what was in there. I lost one of the teeth he messed with, an incisor, how nice. Then a young dentist took over his practice, I went in unwarily and he did quite a bit of further damage to my teeth , he is the one that actually caused me to lose the incisor tooth, but the other dentist started the damage. anyway to make a long story short.. I have spent thousands of dollars only to see most of it go down the drain because the work was not good or unnecessary. Every time I tell a dentist around here that I have issues with plastics they laugh at me. I really do have serious issues with plastics. Bad allergies. I also got a nasty infection in my jaw from the young dentist. But as you know, dentists never make mistakes. It's always your fault, somehow. In the meantime I end up getting real sick from mercury directly from all the drilling. But of course, as you know it has nothing to do with the dentistry. So I end up at thankfully, a great doctor who gets me over it. In the meantime I call every dentists in town trying to find one that can do the work like my dentist in VA would have done it. Can't find one that uses glass based polymers anymore. I get all sorts of suggestions for this plastic or that. I spend a couple more thosuand dollars for no good reason except to heve my teeth redundantly check by different dentists. One says this, one says another... on and on..

I AM SICK OF IT.

I had a few teeth simply pulled in the process. that has been quite effective... molars with big amalgams... gone... no more neck pain.

I hate to burst your bubble but just because you removed your amalgams does not actually mean you do not have mercury in your body anymore. or heavy metals for that matter. So saying that you have to wait (especially if you are sick today) to chelate is not logical.

Have you ever had any bloodwork done to check your various toxin levels? amalgam related metals are only a few on a very long list. making amalgam removal a priority seems rather half donkey butt backwards to me in that context.

A lifelong healthy and benign chelation method is a ot more pragmatic considering our environment. And i seem to have found that with the cilantro recipe.

Plastics bother me more than mercury. Put the wrong stuff in my mouth and I get blisters in there, my lips dry out and start to crack... within days. Of course, from the perspective of the dental establishment that cannot possibly be true.

Thanks, but I think I'll stay away. I feel fine by now. I've lived with the amalgams most of my life. It's not healthy I know... but plastics are like kryptonite, much worse to me.

they started using those 2 part epoxy hardened composite resins bigtime within the past several years. I really cannot be around that stuff. It's my most volatile enemy.

The cilantro pesto works exceptionally well in my opinion. I will eat if forever. As a result, my guesstimate is that i probably have a total body burden of overall heavy metals much lower than people who expect simply removing their amalgams and doing a little bit of chelating think they've got. honestly, I am out there skiing almost everyday just like I did when I was 15. And I feel no worse for wear and tear. I am not achy, I am not figgy, I feel quite well. I have 5 good size amalgams still in there, molars. and my two front teeth... they have amalgams on the backs of them... thanks buti don;t want to risk losing either more teeth or thousands of more dollars. seems silly to me at this point.

keeping in mind... the doctor did a real good job with me. He did things in a certain order that really did work, got me over that nasty hump, and than past that I really am on my own in so far as introducing new toxins (diet/cilantro) and being able to get rid of them. there is also aluminum and uranium in the plastic composites you know. It really is just a trade off of one poison for a few others.

sorry if any typos, no time to fix.. out the door again.. after my oatmeal...
