Well, like I said, don't take my word for it. There are other people here who do eat cilantro and love it. They don't appear to be going through 'dumping' trauma either.

If I had followed the Cutler protocol, which seems great, though I really don't know, chances are good I'd be in pretty bad shape today due to the fact the he says (far as i know) you should never ever chelate with amalgams in. hello. um why? I continue asking. I do real well with it, it's obvious.

Personally, I think that's pretty bad advice. So does my doctor who chelates lots of people with amalgams still in, all with excellent results. I had actually read that at curezone and mentioned it to him... about not chelating while you still have amalgams and he said it's simply not true. He is one of the directing members of some well known chelation/integrative med group too. He's been at it for years. old guy.

Mercury isn't the only problem we have to deal with essentially. Other metals can actually hinder the excretion of mercury, lead for instance. Removing your amalgams won't help that very much. But eating cilantro will.

But again, like I said, don't take my word for it. you know what i really think? the dumping trauma stuff, well I get that big cold drip sensation now and then... dumping? Some sort of apparently, I never had that before and I always feel great after, the metal smell in the bm's tell's it's own tale... but I don't think it's caused as much by amalgam removal as it is by the process of chelation... every now and then you unload something which leads to the dumping of some other obnoxious thing. A lot like liver cleansing in that respect. For me, the cilantro makes it a quick process, it gets to more areas and it's not synthetic, it's not removing a lot of good metals (far as i know). I started very slowly with the cilantro btw, just a couple teaspoons every couple days. Initially, I recall it was a cure for the headaches caused by the EDTA IV's. They did 4-6 weeks-2 times per week, I forget exactly how many, of straight EDTA with me before they introduced DMPS once a week. To unload barrier metals that mix badly with mercury. Like lead... I am really glad I went in for the IV chelation.

I did buy me two big bunches of cilantro for lunch tomorrow, or maybe a late snack. I am hooked on it. I did two big bunches about 4-5 days ago, i usually only do one, and my head has ben real good the past few days. I hadn't eaten any in about 10 days and my hands were tingly in the morn. cured it overnight. egads of garlic in there. I probably shook some junk out of my old bones with the chainsaw. zzzzzzzz...

ok day on the slopes. my daughter's snowboard equipment should finish arriving early next week that'll be fun. Nothing like hopping around a nice hill. Trampolines are too boring. I have to borrow my daughter's taekwondo shin guards to protect me against boot burn though. I tested them in the living room, they are a bit fat but feel great. Nice and snug. I am going to wear them tomorrow and see how it goes. I am not going to tell her I am wearing them or she'll take them away from me. My stuff? you are wearing MY STUFF? heh. She did that to me about a pair of long comfy socks the other day. I should have told her.. YOUR STUFF YES... gee whiz I only buy stuff for you... see how stuffed your drawers are? Look at mine, nice and neat, but only a few choices of socks in there. I think they were actually my socks anyway and they ended up in her drawer got lost in there and she sort of homesteaded them like everything else. She's so mean to me. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sadblownose.gif" alt="" />
