I got the temp chart going and I got me some celtic sea salt (no himalayian....have to order some) I will see what developes with temp and go from there. Your chart is really cool. Looks like you have been hard at work LOL I'm glad your mom is getting you that book,it's really interesting. How is your mom doing? I hope her hands are already showing some improvement!!!Thanks for all the info.
