I’m gonna have another Epsom salt bath now then up to the farmers market to get some organic grub.

For breakfast this morning I had 2 cocomacapump cookies, 3 spelt pancakes (spelt soaked overnight in water and lemon juice) with cinnamon, nutmeg, maca and banana’s on top, 3 slices of rye and caraway toast with lashings of butter and a dance around the kitchen with my little girl <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
