My next parasite cleanse is in december too! It's gona be so much fun through the holidays. My family has already started asking what we are gona eat. Don't really want to deal with it!!!! The parasite cleanse and limited food seems enough for me to deal with. They don't get it though so I will have to drudge through it, I guess. Then the liver flush,have never done one and feel this would really be of some benefit for me. I have been doing the castor oil packs trying to work up to the liver cleanse. Ya know nobody knows how much time it takes to do all this detox we all do. Especially all the reading and research because no docs can help. So anyways December seems to be looking like a whole lot of fun. LOL
