we are spirit, it's a fact, and life truly is sacred. We are all connected in that sense. If I can't quit thinking about someone i will phone them and it always happens to be true, they were thinking about me too. i love that.

Not sure about your reiki, had to look it up, sounds similar to the laying on hands type of healing you'll find in some pentecostal, charismatic or assembly of God churches, sounds similar to prayer also.

yes it does work. but still, not sure about your reiki. If you are tuned into God, and Jesus, because he speaks to all of us but a lot of people don't sense that... but anyway if yoiu are tuned in and Jesus is a friend you don't need a reiki healer... Jesus makes house calls and the holy spirit stays with you all the time. pretty cool, I have been trying to tell you that.

My experiences with laying on of hands in the churches is pretty good. however, it can also have a negative effect. Everything depends on the spirit of the person/people laying hands on you. If the holy spirit is real strong on someone, one touch, one word, will banish a spirit of illnes or heal. I pray over my daughter and her friends all the time for that exact reason, with my hand on their heads. When my daughter was young, till about the age of 7, if she felt bad, I'd sit her on my lap and she would be healed,, tummy aches, hiccups whatever... takes about one minute. But it's not me, it's the holy spirit, he's just here. She's older now and she has that ability to rationalize, for better or worse, she's at an age when she needs to find her own faith now, her own relationship with God.

With God, he heals completely in an instant a lot of the time, no need for repeated sessions. free too. But, with God, he heals like that in certain types of instances that I know of... during revivals when he visits large gatherings of people worshipping him you'll often see lots of miraculous healings, and then in individual situations, when you repent and he forgives. Healing comes with forgiveness with God, through seeking him, worshipping him, and true heartfelt repentence of the things that caused sin/separation, sickness. God knows how human we are, it's important for us to know that too is pretty much all, that basically we are very small weak and pitiful, even stupid... he knows that and he easily forgives and heals too. Essentially that's what's meant by humbling yourself before God, that type of repenting. You surrender your life to Jesus, repent, get healed. Lots of people have experienced it. I did too.

My easiest way to get to that place of worship when i dont sense his immediate presence, is to turn on some Christian music, worship type, i have lots of favorites so that's easy here by now, and I start singing, I love that stuff... pretty funny but i love to do that and I do believe he enjoys it very much and he is always healing me. I need attention all the time, I think lots of us these days are in pretty bad shape simply from the environment. but God knows about it.

pretty cool, it is true. still, not sure about your reilki. I need to know my God and the reiki guy, I read some of his stuff, he mentions God but kind of in an anonymous way. Kind of leaves a loophole.

If you can find a good church in the area that does laying on of hands you'll get the same unburdening, weight lifted off of you, experience, for free. Probably better actually. But if you want it to last you need to work on your own relationship with God, and Jesus.
