My new batch of black walnut hull extract came out real good. I put 3 green walnuts in a tall skinny jar, they fit in perfectly, touching the sides, not much extra room at all, and filled the jar with 100 proof vodka and let it sit 3-4 days. that stuff is sooo strong.. I took some this morning, put some in the cats' water, and can easily get the rest of the family to drink this in a glass of water once a week for a bit. The rest is in the freezer, I got about 8oz of real green real strong tincture from it.

This stuff came out so perfect I am thinking of asking the local health food stores of they'd be interested in buying it from me next year when it's walnut season again.

I have never seen anything kill parasites like that black walnut hull does. And I only have to take it once or twice a week for a bit, no diet changes eother. I rarely eat sugar anyway, but i love fruit.

My fat old cat was chasing her tail a bit, always has since she's been here, 2-3 times a day i would see her do that... that is a sign of worms far as i know but she has really cut back the last week since I was putting some of the other walnut hull batch in their water. Both cats were a bit itchy all week btw but that has settled down too.

I'll put off my next heavy duty liver cleanse another week because I want to do a couple more days of heavy duty walnut hull extract and feast happily on that turkey in the fridge too... I should be ready by Wednesday-Thurs next week.

fat old cat loves fresh red lean raw no-homorne hamburger btw, I forgot about that but was making spaghetti and meatballs (our own bottled homegrown tomatoes) the other day and of course she had some steak tartar in the process. She will eat that one item raw. But she gets it rarely, last time I gave it to her was over the summer. Just a treat now and then. She was spitting up all week, i think anxiety from the new cat so i have been babying her. I don't think she likes to share her food bowl, maybe she thinks the other cat is gross or something. Indeed the other cat surely makes a gross huge job in the littler box because she never goes out yet, actually it's probably that smelly thing. She hates a smelly littler box. So do I. Better change it again...
