Hi Skieslimit.

Excellent. I have lured you in to my cool cat experiment. Fantastic. I think this is really exciting.

Ok first up, whatever happens, the end result will be a really super doper healthy happy & contented cat. the cat will love you even more, because you are giving the cat exactly what it needs to be healthy wealthy and wise. Cats fed like this last 20 years. It is a bit a drag with the food, but just to have such healthy cats is massively worth it. It is considerably easier than feeding yourself too and very quickly becomes normal routine, just like feeding yourself.

Your cat is used to being fed whatever u normally give him. So its hardly surprising he turned his nose up at this new food.

When I did the changeover I was out at work all day, so they just got hungry and I wasn’t around to see them begging for their normal food. So when I fed them they were already hungry! They loved it straight away anyway.

They don’t like food straight out the fridge. So u have get it up to room temp. Little bit of warm water sat in a bowl or just leave the food out for an hour or two before u feed.
The reason for this is they need to be able to smell the food and if its cold, it does not smell….so they don’t eat it.

I tried, beef, lamb, chicken, kidneys, liver n turkey. Mince is ok, it makes for an easy life, or just get steaks and chop them up nice and small. Blenders work well too.Cats are used to nice small bite size foods. Once they get used to the food I give them bigger bits and they love wrestling with it.

And once they get used to the food they eat it cold too, so I don’t have to faff about warming up the food anymore, but at the start they have to be able to smell the food.

But what they love best….by a country mile….is birds. Chicken and turkey. This is what they would naturally eat in the wild. Its pretty unlikely they would eat cows or sheep in the wild! That’s why they have such lightening fast reactions…..to kill and catch the food they need. Birds and mice.

I had no problems with the change over, but they do now turn there noses up at some food because all they want is birds! LoL

You should also Google “Raw meat diet for cats” there is plenty of websites giving u loads of tips and hints. I needed to do this to convince myself that feeding raw chicken was not gonna kill my cats! But they evolved to eat raw meat and they can handle it no problems.
You will also see lots of people selling “special supplements” that yo cats “need otherwise they are not getting all the nutrients they need” – utter bollocks! They are cats and in the wild, when they evolved, they didn’t have no “special supplements” to keep them lean and mean….they just had what they caught! These people are selling products….or they have already been sold products…. which is why they are pushing these products.
I do chuck in bones now and then. When they eat the mice they catch they eat everything, so little bones are fine. In fact Luke loves chicken bones, he crunches them up like a Lion! But don’t tell my wife, she thinks the bones will get stuck. Rubbish. They didn’t have no anti-bone choking devise in the wild! (not chicken leg bones!…………they too big….the little rib bones.)

What else…………ummmmmmm?

no milk! No UHT milk. Milk is pasteurised. When u pasteurised something you heat it up and boil it. Milk is 100pct no no. it is a cooked product.

I would not “break them is slowly” with a bit of normal food too….it they are hungry they will eat it. Its only if YOU give in to the begging that they will not eat it. If she is not hungry she will not try it. But some people to do it gradually, up to you.

I just remembered, you said she was a she. I can’t be bothered to change what I have typed….

The Pottenger cat Video is very interesting. Very old school. Explains how what and why about cats and raw meat…very interesting. Its only 15 minutes long. I have the European version which I will lend u if that suits yo machine. PM your address and I will LEND it…I want it back.

Now……You!

Changes in you! How exiting! Nothing happens in the first week. All my action was in the second week. if u re-read my early posts on this thread you will see what happened to me…..but I’m sure everyone is different.

I also did a parasite cleanse and veg juice fast at the same time, so I had a lot going on all at once, and maybe that was why I had such a strong healing experience.

Whatever…….for me this was the straw that broke the camels back and I have been healing slowly but surely ever since. i remain overjoyed that my health is now on an upwards path at last.

Good luck and I’d love to hear how it goes.

Even if you feel no effects, the cat will love you more!
