I too had a great day today. Yesterday was all zombie zombie & hiding myself away. But today…………today was much better. I spent all morning outside in the garden clearing up the leaves. I got a big-ish garden and all the leaves from all the trees around me……they all land in my garden? Mountains of them. I completely filled my leaf compost today…that supposed to last me all winter and its already full. I find pottering about in my garden very therapeutic. My little girl helped too, for a time, which is cool. I always like it when she helps. Her tooth fell out yesterday, she was well happy, tooth fairy brought her £1.50
I will tell u a secret. One of my biggest fears. I dread it. My worst nightmare. What I dread most is to be a road sweep. But not just any old road sweeper, oh no no no. A road sweeper in Autumn. A perpetual road sweeper in Autumn. Imagine that? A road sweeper in Autumn. What a nightmare. No way could I do that. Never! Just think, you slave all day clearing that street up, all day catching those pesky leaves and then…………..and then….you come back the next day and do exactly the same thing again…..and again…..and again…….forever…..that would drive me round the bend.
