yeah cruddy day here too, i bought a couple grocery store tomatoes, knew I should not have eaten that darn thing smelled like a bag of nitrate fertilizer when I sliced it. Headache, not too bad though I made some heavy duty garlic hommous and that'll have me perky again by evening I hope. Maybe it was the wine a friend brought over some homebrew egads.

I have a desk job also aside from all the rest, spend a good part of my day schmoozing on the phone too. That's how I know about the achy upper back. It's the slouched over keyboard for hours effect.

I did do well with the liver flush for sure. Do not forget the castor oil to finish it off a day later

Either way, swinging the ax will work the muscles and help push out the toxins. I love chopping wood. Maybe the headache is from the chainsaw plus the tomato, the wine didn't really bother me, that's probably it. I had to cut a big tree apart yesterday to get at some old wood and the fumes from the chainsaw are pretty nasty, I think there's lead in the stuff that you mix into the gas. I think I am going to buy a respirator to wear when I do stuff like that. I used to always have one handy, a good charcoal organic odors, works well. I was handling plastic resins and lead based lacquer primers for the duration of my pregnancy when my daughter was born, was wearing one of those masks whenever I needed to handle the stuff, and my daughter is as healthy as can be, smartest kid in her class too the only one in the whole school that passed the gifted kids test. So, the respirators work I think.

I used to live in a big city. The pollution really knocks me out these days though. I can only take a few days of that at a time now. I didn't get lost on a mountain just for the scenery, I really hate the pollution and filthy water. Love the shopping though, but I probably have enough shoes to last me 20 years at this point and I cannot get any more clothes into the closet. I really should take some stuff to goodwill. They have great designer jeans for a couple bucks down there I do really go through the bluejeans. either that or my daughter steals them. Whatever.

ACV + baking soda (bicarbonate, make sure it is aluminum free) + water makes alka seltzer btw (minus the chem crap aspirin).

Time to go eat some feverfew. I really do not like having 2 cats in the house. I have no idea what to do. I hate a smelly litter box. ugh. Maybe that's where the headache is from.
