I ride a mountain bike if my legs feel stiff. Get the blood moving. We have a great backyard for stuff like that. Swimming is good too if you've got the time... But also, my legs will fall asleep a little bit sometimes, get tingly, if I still still for too long, and I get this weird pressure in my thighs from time to time... well they were a lot worse a few years ago and I noticed also I was getting these teeny tiny varicose veins which I never had... a friend of mine recommended cutting out hydrogenated fats (read package labels, its in a lot of stuff) and the little varicose veins ceased completely, my legs do not get as stiff from sitting... I am not a sitter but sometimes have to... and then of all things, that hulda clark liver cleanse, yes I will mention it again... when I was doing that, in the midst of it I felt that weird pressure in my thighs for about an hour and then it was gone again, but I haven't felt it at all since and I am really wondering still at this point about what a wonderful thing that liver cleanse is and how much better my circulation feels all over from it the past couple weeks. I was feeling pretty well clogged up after the walnut hull parasite duty and that feeling is truly all gone.

I am going to do it again next weekend. I should do it this weekend but don't want to ruin my Friday/Saturday with that, it's not fun.

Sunshine, the castor oil really smoothed out the liver cleanse. It's probably a good idea to follow it with some castor oil to ease out leftovers. I felt exactly like you describe after mine too, like stuff unloaded to a lower level; and was stuck there. I ate the castor oil the evening of the day after I finished the liver cleanse. I think I took some a couple days later in the evening too but haven't needed it since.

A heavy ax and about 10-15 minutes of chopping wood, till you break a sweat, really is the absolute best for that stabbing burning shoulder blade ache. Works like a gem. Wear gloves to protect your precious palms. I've gotten so good at it I can crack enough chainsawed logs in 30 minutes to keep the fireplace stoked all week. Then of course I lift these big boulders onto my shoulders and walk around a while...

heh heh just kidding <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dancefiction.gif" alt="" />
