To hell and back eh?

What's in the Clarkia exactly? thought you said it was black walnut hull. Great stuff I think, the walnut hull. I have been putting it into the cats' water. Plural, cats'. Didn't really want another oh well my cat doesn't like her my daughter does, she lives in her bedroom... comes out to do her business and eat and sneaks back quickly or gets hissed at. Skinny thing, looks like a mongoose.

I used to get the stabbing between the shoulder blade pains, always attributed it to too much sitting at the desk work. Haven't had it in 4-5 years... got rid of it by strengthing those muscles by chopping lots of firewood now and then, rowing etc. Those muscles seem to respond real well to heavy duty stretching, like when you swing a heavy ax. Not a cheap light ax, a good heavy one. Or row, kayaking, canoeing, whatever. Doesn't take much either, just 10 minutes or so to straighten them out an unkink and pain is gone. I remember that stabbing pain well, a lot like hell and back. Nasty. Used to put me flat on my back now and then in tears and grief. Chop some firewood, it's easy relief. Really does work. Then get a bottle of cabernet sauvignon.. light the fire.. relax... couple more weeks and I get to test my new skis I bought 2 new pair I am feeling top notch almost... I have a savior though, no hell and back here really I do what i do for the mercury and junk but truly I think I get a lot of divine help in the feel good area too. Maybe that's why he said stay away froim doctors i am probably actually sick as a dog but don't know it. Even my paintings look super these days. I figure, life is not perfect no matter what I've learned a lot about what I've got and know how to keep it under control at least. No sign of headaches... no sign of worms... maybe I had some in my head making it hurt. I read somewhere they can even be in your brain, imagine that. I had this friend years back who had this friend who died and they did an autopsy and the guy was full of holes, all his internal organs, worms what else. Wouldn't have known it by looking at him, most you could say was he had lousy skin but otherwise looked and acted quite normal. Imagine that.
