Salt baths, yes…. i was pointed towards salt baths a couple of days ago, so I tried one this afternoon. Lovely hot salt bath. I used lots of sea salt 2lbs (1kg). 30 minutes soak. I must admit it made me feel much better.. I felt better than after my Epsom salt baths with h202. I will defo be having more salt baths

I always find it very funny when making an assumption about some and getting it completely wrong. It is a two way thing as I have been mistaken as a lady a couple o times.

Do u put H202 in to yo salt baths? Do u use that much salt? That’s a lots salt I used 2 lbs! Made me feel pretty good though.
