A good 30-45 minute soak in a very warm h2o2 and sea salt bath should cure the itch quickly. Whatever it is it's going out through your skin.

I would follow that with cocoa butter or whatever you've got that closest to pure all natural, seal yourself up because dry skin gets itchier and healthy skin is real important for the rest of you. Kind of your body's first defense and it's largest organ. Aloe is great.

I wasn't aware that castor oil was used for deworming, hmm maybe I can use that on the cat, the taste is not all that bad.

Kind of funny you always feel yucky after the cats have slaughtered prey in the yard though. I would check for lice I would indeed. I had this cat in NYC that would play on the roof of our building, I was the last apt at the top of the stairwell, old Ny building... anyway he would bring birds down, pigeons and one time I took a close look and well,,, I never let him out there again it was so disgusting the bugs on that bird. Big ones, tick like things, little ones, lice, you name it. Probably better in the country than in the city but still just about anything that nests is a for sure for lice and whatever else. Take a good look at a bird's nest if you ever get the chance. I have seen lice in them everywhere, cities, country, doesn;t matter. My daughter caught lice from playing with birds' nests as a little kid. What a chore to get rid of. Personally I don't think it's wise to encourage the cats to hunt but I have no idea how to stop them either if they are really into it.

That is really weird about the watch.
