Compared to 1 month ago, I feel as stuffed as a butchers pup, but yeah I see yr point……………….I am marginally less skeletal than I was. Is that better?

I have lost a whopping 66 lbs over 9 years.

I am eating lots, but amalgam removal keeps screwing me up. Feel like a sack o s..t again today, brain fog is back. This is the after-effects from 3 weeks ago. The reverberations keep bouncing back on me every 7 days. At least they are getting less severe. It today I am Mr Angry. I need to be alone really, not surrounded by people in MY OFFICE. GRRRRRRRR

The parasite experience this week has not helped either. Heartburn is back. Dehydrated. Still a bit itchy too. Nothing too bad, just more battles to fight.

All in all today sucks!
