oh gosh, the stuff is so nasty tasting you cannot chop it small enough to fool a cat. I have to force feed.

The h2o2, baths, same as you with sea salt. Haven't done one in a while, haven't felt the need. I think I only have about 1/3 of a gallon left so I was kind of saving it for winter. And I wash down my garden veggies and potted plants with it too, just a little bit of it in that water. Kills bacteria, oxygenates. I mix a bit of it with liquid soap in an old hand soap dispenser and use around the kitchen sink too. And of course, a last resort for stubborn laundry stains.

You'll appreciate the itching when it stops. I am amazed you are still itching, must have been a lot of something. Well as bad as the itchy is now you will feel that much unitchy in a few days I guess. I was getting little pimples on the side of my rib cage and those have gone away since I have been eating the walnut hull. My colon cleanse lady says that type of stuff is an indication of little parasites, she actually had some and was showing me... teeny tiny little pimples with a little white spot in the center. Had a few on my arms too, gone now far as I can tell. Maybe I caught them from her, I didn't have them before. I'll tell you something, when I was real sick from the mercury I felt like an open sore ready to host any available bug. Truly dangerous to be that sick in that respect.

Well, once I am all cleaned up again I am not letting anyone touch me if I can help it. You know when you are sitting in the dentist office and he's there breathing down your throat? Gosh I thought that was so gross. No telling where a dentist has been or what he's been into if he thinks it's ok to put mercury in your teeth. I learned more about heavy metals and chemicals and the various reactions they can cause in art school than they apparently teach dentists in dental school. I mean really, I have artists' books with long lists of the stuff and the dental commuinty pretends everyone is stupid. My dentist was such a moron he actually filled a tooth with mercury and covered it with amalgam after I specifically asked him not to use mercury and then he later denied he did it.
