Thanks sunshine... i will try and get Cutlers book before i start any kind of chelating properly anyway...I'm trying to find it as a download anywhere..probably not but worth a go..and thanks PGM for the advice..i have a good diet...no kidney trouble...no sugar...organic foods...plenty of water..im sure i have not much candida at all..but thanks for the advice...
