Read Andrew Cutlers book “amalgam illness.” There is NO substitute for doing your own research. He is the best on mercury. He knows his stuff big time. You are playing with fire when trying other protocols from less informed people. Its only $35 and 1 week to read it, chelating his way will take 1-2 years. If u disagree with it, at least you will then be making informed decisions, not taking advice from people like me that you don’t know, or worse listening to anons. Algin. I don’t know much about algin, so I do not take it. I will be chelating as per Andrew culters protocol which is DMSA in low dosage, 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off, every 3 hours (even in the night) starting 4 days after all mercury is removed……well that’s the plan in any case. What actually happens we will have to see. Amalgam removal screwed me up much more that thought it would, so I have slowed down removal to a pace I can handle, which is 1 months break in-between quadrant removals. Where to start? Apart from reading the book, is to supplement yourself. You need to support your body’s needs. For example; if you stomach is not doing its job, you need to try and get it working! U need to read as much as possible about mercury because it is serious . Then it will not be “trial-and error” as you say. Cutler explains things pretty well in layman’s terms.
