I am due to have my 14 amalgam fillings removed in the next few weeks.
I have only started learning about the various methods of chelation over the last couple of weeks, and the first thing I read about was chlorella.
I bought some because it sounded safe and natural. It started to relieve some of my symptoms straight away, including:- Reduced ringing in the ears Synuses clear every morning. Clearer thinking. No headaches Eczema starting to clear up More energetic
Generally i felt a lot better, and was taking the recommended 6 chlorella a day for about a week...(holland and barretts chlorella...the tub also states that it contains lipoic acid on the side of the tub on the ingredients list) Until i read what Andy Cutlin said, which is to avoid chlorella.
Does anybody know why he advises people to avoid chlorella with regards to mercury-related symptoms?
Is it dangerous in any way?
Can it be used after amalgams have been removed ? (along with, for example, algin, DMSA and lipoic acid) ?
I stopped using the chlorella after a few days as soon as i read what Andy Cutlin had written about avoiding it..
It's quite confusing, because all over the internet, people are praising chlorella, and i think Andy is the only person who is advising to stay away from it.
I hope someone can help me here... i am willing to buy DMSA, LIPOIC ACID, ALGIN, HUMET and use CHLORELLA, and magnetic rings to help myself, but i am uncertain as to which would be better for me, in which order, or if i should use everything on a kind of rotational cycle.
I have been suffering kidney stones and pain for 10 years, which i found out recently must be due to mercury amalgams, so i think i am quite heavily toxic, and i want to detox the safest way possible, and not make anything worse for myself.
Is chlorella bad? If so why? I have read that 30% of people might not have good reactions with chlorella, why is this ? Is there a difference between using chlorella without lipoic acid in it, and chlorella without lipoic acid in it?
Sorry for all the questions, but i'm finding it hard to find these answers out on the internet !
Thanks for reading this
Lee
