Hi, I have been keeping to a good diet with no sugar and also using olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract, increasing the ammounts over time with no adverse side effects
I want to try antifungals, but checking prices for fluconazole (diflucan) it seems pretty expensive Are there any good cheaper antifungals?

In addition to the high cost of prescription antifungals, they require that liver enzyme tests be performed to make sure they aren't adversely affected. Some physicians wants to take the tests before use, then perhaps once a month during use. I used Nizoral and Diflucan(not together) years ago, and imo the combination of grapefruit seed extract and olive leaf extract is much more potent, much safer than the prescription drugs, and much less expensive(especially when you factor in the cost of lab tests when using the prescription drugs).

Im taking about 1400mg daily of olive leaf and about 20 drops of the grapefruit seed extract
Are you sure that olive/grapffruit extract is better than prescription antifungals at killing fungus? (Not about positive results) I thought they were just safer while the antifungals killing too much fungus too quick caused adverse effects

It depends on the dosage of the olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract. Since they are so non toxic, high dosages can be taken. I was first taking the Solgar Olive leaf extract then switched to the Country Life brand, as the Country life has a much higher concentration of oleuropein.

For even greater effect, you could also add caprylic acid, garlic, and cinnamon to your antifungal regimen.
