Hope you are OK too. Is chelation helping you at all? Do you notice any changes for the better? I hope so - I would like to hear that you are getting better, but this mercury business is such a slow road.
I know for me, though, you could go a while and nothing changed, and then in a few days or weeks, things started improving. For example, the anxiety when I was completely toxic slowly faded out as I chelated. What a great feeling that was! Hope the same for you.

Before I heard of Cutler, my new doctor started me on NDF+, and this did seem to help me. I went through 3 or 4 bottles, I believe, ramping up as I went along. I don't know if I would have done it this way again if I had read Cutler first. I even had amalgams in! I am not hearing much about NDF anymore??
Next I started on Huggin's program, but after a few months, I decided this was way too much supplementation, and stopped so I could start Cutler's methods, as I had read his book by then.
Finally, started with 25 mg dmsa six weeks after all fillings removed for about 12 cycles (3 months), then 25 mg dmsa, 25 mg ala for 5 rounds (weeks), then 25 mg dmsa, 50 mg ala.
My rounds usually consist of 25 mg dmsa, and 50 mg ALA every 3 hours for 3 days, starting 6 am on Friday, and going to 9 pm on Sunday (last 2 or 3 dmsa only to minimize redistribution). That is about 22 doses. This is from Cutler's book. I have done 26 rounds (6 months) of ala and dmsa, 40 rounds total. Right now, I am taking a break, as I did ala only as a trial, and had a bad 3 days after the round. Maybe I will just go natural for a while to see where I am at. I sometimes wonder about all this stuff. I do not want to leave mercury in, but I see some people who did nothing, and they did pretty well.

There were immediate improvements after removal that convinced me it was mercury. There have been improvements all along the way. Would they be the same as if I had done nothing? No way to knowfor sure - I do believe the chelators have worked in removing mercury - the amount in hair fell to a lower level over time - but this does not mean much by itself maybe. All levels of toxic metals basically decreased over time.
Despite improvements, I still have some hurdles to overcome.

i think you will see more improvements. your are 14 months post removal. Even andy says many people will feel worse for 12 months.
I did not chelate and my mercury hair levels dropped to nearly zero. (they were not very high when i had amalgams)
I had some improvements but still lots of mental symptoms. I believe chelation is important for brain detox. I am 13 months post removal and did 4 rounds of ALA recently. I did notice improvements. Wondering if you had intellectual improvement with ALA?
