something has changed right but i have found this

there are people who are just ignorant, that have a stronger will than me now. they believe things like mercury can't hurt you or your not poisoned unless you have a 'red ring around your eyes' in the case where you can clearly be medically labelled as poisoned.

what i find is that i question myself when i listen to people telling me i should try harder, or what works for them doesn't work for me but should , its because of my weakened state.

it has nothing to do with me being wrong, i know that i'm not wrong but they believe it so much, and it is their experience, that its hard not to be affected by it.

so you just don't respond to it

know within yourself what you know to be true (which is hard with mercury feelings) and don't ever let it go.

if the same people who don't believe your experience and ignore what you have lived through to find true don't listen, either them, or heaven forbid their children partner etc, will never know what is subtely destroying them or their lives one day (a possibility), but you have nothing to gain by listening to people you know do not understand. they are the ones who have something to gain by listening, and their holding onto ignorance leaves them to vulnerability in the future.

we will not have to learn twice is what i mean.

i think i just said something profound, i hope so.
