I have read the scientific literature and aluminum does not cause Alzheimer's but mercury does . As far as aluminum being in chocolate and other products, the dose determines the poison. There are trace amounts of arsenic, aluminum mercury etc in many things but not neccessarily a toxic level of them.
Dentists , and dental materials manufacturers, not doctors, should be held responsible for amalgam. Doctors have a million things to learn without learning dentistry.
