There is a test that will tell you if you have mercury toxicity. It is not a guessing game anymore. If you are mercury toxic your body will produce items called precoporhyrins that are mercury specific. You need to have an MD advocate the test. But if you want to find out if mercury is your problem, this is the way to go.
