Does anyone have this book? Could you tell me if this means anything? I had hair anaylsis(by Great smokies which is now Genova) my mercury was 0.023 in a ref range of <=1.32 but surprising was antimony it was 0.048 with a reference range of <0.016 and tin was 0.152 w/a ref range of <=0.149 Does his book shed any light on this? Thank you.

Yes this book is excellent, and will tell you how to interpret your hair analysis. While your hair test may not show high mercury, it may show deranged mineral transport, which is indicative of mercury toxicity. This book tells you how to diagnose mercury problems using Cutler's counting rules and has a detailed analysis of the toxic elements and minerals which are in your hair test. It's worth every penny!

Quote: No test can detect anywhere near all the toxic metals in the body. Often they are sequestered in hard-to-reach places such as the bones or poorly-perfused fatty tissues. They will be revealed, however, as they are excreted through the hair if one performs repeat hair mineral tests. As a clinician, I must assume everyone has toxic metals and any sound health program needs to be designed to remove them. from... http://www.drlwilson.com/Articles/TOXIC%20METALS.htmSandi xoxo

There is a test that will tell you if you have mercury toxicity. It is not a guessing game anymore. If you are mercury toxic your body will produce items called precoporhyrins that are mercury specific. You need to have an MD advocate the test. But if you want to find out if mercury is your problem, this is the way to go. http://www.greatplainslaboratory.com/autism-testing.html
