It is not a Wiccan symbol specifically, no, though most within the Wiccan realm of faith will recognize it. If I had a symbol of a shepherd's staff it would not be safe to say it is a Christian symbol despite the potential associations. And I can't say I'm trying to “confuse the issue”, as you say, with my icon. Especially since I didn’t create it.
But it is still clearly female sexuality in a perverse way despite the all other little tweaking you have done to it to make it mean other things too.

The three moons are indicative of the three stages of womanhood: maiden, mother and crone; while the stag represents the male aspect. Nothing overtly sexual or even connoting sexual intercourse there. It sounds like you’re trying to interpret something from nothing.
Arguably speaking I could get offended at the Christian cross and/or crucifix, since the sight or mere suggestion of torture and bloodshed appall me. But that would be a bit overboard, as are your accusations. One thing's for sure: board admin aren't going to order me to remove the icon.
