I also thoroughly enjoy Bible prophecy, as it allows you to peer into the recent past and the soon-coming future in a way that?if properly decoded?will scare you into repentance (not a bad thing).
I've met and worked with (people we later determined to be) CIA operatives who literally embezzled money, destroyed short-wave radio stations and made the "patriot" movement look stupid and naive. These people easily and mysteriously escape prosecution over and over again.
Through it all, I kept hoarding information and slowly and methodically continued putting the puzzle pieces together, keeping my emotions out of the equation and letting logic dictate the path of truth, and I have come to this conclusion (among many others):
These issues?including CAFTA, NAFTA, GATT, and others?are distorted, clouded and purposefully bursting-at-the-seams with opinions. This onslaught of information coloring the horizon in every conceivable hue is designed to fatigue the seeker of truth.

The sad truth is that those "folks" are paid by "big" pharma and don't really care much about becoming heroes. They are concerned about their bank accounts.
It took years for me to collect enough evidence to believe and to be able to accept the size and depth of the deception most Americans live under right now. The difference between the tightly-controlled public perception and truth is as vastly separated as you could invent in a good science fiction story.
Even though we are entering another "cycle" of history in which the "leaders" grasp for the same power and the non-elite suffer "while evils are sufferable", this time it's going to be different because of technology. This time, unless Americans have an epiphany, the only one who will be able to stop
this cycle is Christ.
The prophecy says (speaking about future events) that had He [Christ] not come and stopped the events that will transpire, "no flesh would be saved"; something that could not be, without technology.
Those in power?mere men?are so hungry and lustful to relieve their fear that they would rather destroy the Earth then to relinquish their power.
In speaking with like-minded persons who share my values?as those mentioned at the beginning of this post?it's encouraging to know how easy it would be to win these battles if only Americans would lift a finger and invest in their country once a month for, perhaps an hour. Freedom is not free; it's everyone's job.
I'm waiting to see what will happen.
