I was doing well with my B.M's until I started the para cleanse!! I think that played a big part in my side affects.
Day three off the cleanse and I'm doing alot better. My lips are healing nicely <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
I wonder if I get back on the para cleanse, will it still have the elimination affect? I know your not suppose to stop in the middle of a cleanse.
