I知 having a healing crisis. Which (I think) is good news, just depends how long it lasts!

I have all of the following:
-mild sore throat
-very runny nose
-mouth is dry as a bone + horrid taste
-tongue is all furry and a weird color
-tired, lack energy
-sleeping more
-nasty heartburn (but controllable with ACV)
-a few spots
-a few strange very small hard spots on arms & legs
-lower back hurts and is weak

But the strangest thing is: I have goose bumps on my arms and legs, but I知 not cold, its actually quite warm, plus the hairs on my arms and legs are standing on end.

I知 currently doing a Humaworm parasite cleanse at the moment, day 15, so it could be that.
I知 also doing a Veg Juice cleanse, no food, just veg juice for a week, day 2, so it could be that.
I致e also just had some amalgams out last week, so it could be that.

Whatever, all these fairly minor things are manageable, I just hope they do actually go away at some point and I feel better.
