sorry for the caps but its so unfair.
I have suffered mood swings and many problems and think its because of my 2 amalgam fillings. no one beleives me.
My grandad, my dad, my uncle and 2 aunties are all dentists and my mum is an assistant in the dentistry LOL...my bro works at the register... I dont want anything to do with it.
none of my family beleive me about amalgams...its so unfar.
My whole family are all in top health and have no health issues and my cousin and bro have 12 amalgams and are fine and my uncle has a whopping 18 and is 64 this year and is in perfect health.
Why is it that I have 2 and suffer endlessly..why is life so unfair? my parents think im crazy with thsi amalgam scare but its true. I think maybe I cant detox it? its maybe in the bolood barrier causing me to get moody. I just hate being moody.

Oh NO! Well, horrible as this sounds, if you had not had this problem you may well have the attitude they have "mercury is safe". And I would have also had I not gotten sick.
THis is the way of people, unless it happens to them, usually they do not buy into it. IT's a rare person that considers the possibility if they haven't experienced or seen for themselves.
You can get people who have a mouth packed full of amalgam and are very healthy, but you may find a lot of people with amalgams who are usually ailing one way or the other. Tired a lot, grumpy, headaches, unwell, quite pale looking. Certainly they maybe having otherwise normal lives, working etc and never attribute their day to day problems with amalgams at all. I'm not saying it definitely is, but those with amalgams in my life are not all in tip top shape AT ALL. But for sure they are relatively ok and lead normal lives.
I was the one that copped it. The most healthiest people i've seen around me have been those with false teeth. Coincidence or not I dont know.
But there are some people who get sick even from a tiny pit filling. So it seems to come down to immune status, overall toxic load, ability to excrete mercury well or not, sensitivity etc. If someone is quite strong, does not have much else other than amalgams, is not sensitive to metals, has no problem eliminating toxins or mercury, then you probably wont ever see a problem. Sometimes it can take a knock to their immunity that is bad enough or some other toxicity to make them suddenly suseptible.
Like myself, it was not obvious that I had an issue with mercury until I got braces on my teeth and that extra toxic load and sensitivity my body had to put up, including the increased uptake of mercury from the differing metals being placed together was the last straw and kicked me into chronic illness from then on.
You maybe like others here that tend to retain mercury and/or your immunity may not be as strong. You could also have something else going on that is making you more vulnerable to the mercury. One thing is certain, mercury does not belong in anybody's mouth. It is the most toxic metal known to man.
It must be very hard for you to live around others who seem completely immune to it. But you have to believe in yourself and if you feel those two fillings maybe hindering you and making you toxic, then I would seek to have them removed by a biologic dentist with full protection and have a go at detoxing.
Either way, you will still be eliminating a source of potent poison. If you cannot get support from any of them, at least you will get it from people on here. Many of us have had the same cynical disbelief as well. Though I am lucky my parents believed me, though relatives were cynical, and some very unpleasant.
It is better than doing nothing and just thinking well this is it, I'm just sick cause i'm sick. At least you are trying to find possible reasons and investigating it, if it turns out not to be the case, so what? Many of us have had to try and eliminate every possible reason for our health being this bad. At least we're not sitting like vegetables doing nothing about it and complaining.
You can't win. If you try and do somethign or find some reason for your sickness, you get told you're neurotic. If you do nothing and dont investigate, you get told to get off your as* and try and do something about it. lol.

Only two amalgams? Get them replaced.. Also stop eating tuna, swordfish and other large salwater fish. Eat salmon, herring, and sardines instead as these are much lower in mercury. Even so, limit your consumption of there.
Imo many who think they have mercury poisoning may be suffering from candida infections and may not be mercury toxic. Other may have both. Try eliminating sugar from your diet, and go on a low carbohydrate diet. Use anti candida supplements such as olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract(and perhaps also caprylic acid and wild oregano extract?)

Heavy metal toxicity and candida go hand in hand, our bodies produce yeast to protect us from heavy metal's ravaging effects. I think some people appear not to be affected by mercury, but in fact, they would all be much better without them. Add a few rounds of heavy duty antibiotics, and a poor diet combined with a lack of exercise and too much shellfish and they will soon be suffering the ill effects too.
Or maybe just one flu shot to put them over the threshold, that is all it took for me.

as andy cutler says in his book (IT'S ALL IN YOUR HEAD) it's not how much mercury is in your body ,it's how your body reacts to mercury

Fortunately, it does not have to be the case that your immune system is weaker. Oral galvanism is certainly an issue too, and it makes a huge difference in how fast the fillings corrode. Some people just have higher currents in their mouth. Also, if you are often close to stronger EMF fields (monitor, cellular phone) and wear headphones etc. the fillings corrode even much faster. I know this, as my salivation always increases when I sit in front of a monitor, and I can't tolerate wearing headphones for a longer time. So the EMFs seem to work both ways, getting mercury poisoned and taking some of the stuff out again.

im scared cuz my dad said dont waste your time removing them adn he would KILL ME if I was to remove them from other biological dentists...he should be the one doin git but he wouldnt do the safgety procedures.
Is their anywhere in ATHENS to get my amalgams out safely?
I hear horror stories though saying that once you get amalgams out your immune becomes wekaer and you get ill since your detoxing adn people can become permanently ill with weird bacteria or viruses.

I don't see how your immune system could become weaker from removing the amalgams. Rather, the opposite is true. Once you get your fillings out (even safely without exposing yourself to too much mercury vapor) your body will soon let you know if you have indeed been poisoned. If so, it will be rough, but everyone must go through this to become well again.

Having amalgams removed will release mercury from them and some will be absorbed into your body.I developed severe candida infections in my mouth a few weeks after having 7 amalgams removed. I still have many amalgams left. I suggest that you start taking olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract a few weeks before getting the amalgams removed, and keep taking it for many weeks after. I didn't start taking these until well after the infections became severe. I think you will be okay using a regular dentist if he tries to remove the amalgams in large chunks, uses a water cooled drill to keep the temperature of the amalgams low while drilling into them, and has his assistant use powerful suction in your mouth right near where he is drilling to capture the mercury vapor. Rinse you mouth very carefully after driling. Also try to spend as little time as possible in the dental office. Also change your clothes and shower soon after the dental work is done to get yourself away from any traces of mercury vapor that may be on you.
Avoid eating fish like tuna of swordfish that has plenty of mercury in it. Smaller fresh water fish like salmon, herring, or sardines has much less mercury, but these should still be eaten in moderation.

You could get sicker if you don't take proper precautions, and especially if you already have symptoms. There are some steps you can take to help prevent more ingestion, but just breathing in a mercury toxic dental office can make some of us worse.
I am sorry for your plight, but I would sure look to have it done by a mercury free dentist. This is absolutely crucial, and to optimize digestion and elimination by doing a candida diet first is important too.
Best luck, Sandi xoxo
