Don't let anyone get you down. It's all inside you, you decide how you will react. If anyone upsets you, remember it's an opportunity to express love back. An attack is a call for love, even if those who do so, do not recognize what they are doing. The extension of your loving thoughts here is the only reality you will find in this world. My silly opinion, but this is where you start to find true health.

I hope you stay, I have found a lot of good things in your posts. You have much to offer all of us going through this. I would be a liar if I said I have not suffered from this immensely.
