Thanks Bex, I didn't realise Elvis was female, feel awful now because I've always refered to Elvis as Guy! I just feel like I'm wasting my breath, because you know I don't mean to upset anyone, but things always seem to be taken the wrong way. Just felt strongly that I had to stick up for Sandi, maybe Elvis got her confused with someone else. Always prepared to give the benefit of the doubt. Anyway going to try some suggested stuff for sleep and see what happens.
