This is a bit of a cumbersome post to reply to. It would be easier to address a few points in detail. Why are we back onto creationism here? I don't want to debate this because I know that creationists are so absolutely convinced of the literal truth of the Bible, and their own versions of what reality and science are, that I honestly don't see much point in trying to debate. Evolution is not proven, etc etc. You can't even prove that reality is what you are seeing through your own eyes. If you're going to go on what can only be proved beyond any doubt as true, then you will be living in a vacuum.
If God allows bad things to happen because he is trying to teach or show us something, then pity the poor innocent victims getting caught up in it all. Were they born so that they could suffer in order to bring about the greater good of a lesson to humanity? I seem to remember having this exact same conversation a while back.
How on earth can you say with any certainty that some people on earth have fates, and others have blank slates? Because God or the Bible says so? Other people say that you are reincarnated according to the level of karma you have achieved in your string of existences so far. Because the Vedas say so. (Or maybe the Upanishads, or something else.) Does one religion have more authority and truth than another? Only if you are so immersed in your own that you believe it is the only truth and the only right way to live.
I go along with you where you say life is better when people make Biblical choices, but I would substitute the word "moral" for Biblical. Morality can and should exist regardless of what religion a person follows.
