this could be an example that cilantro isnt good to take. mercury poisoning is very serious it can lead to all sorts of serious diseases and thinking that picking cilantro in the garden and eating it as you like can give you serious consequences. NDF is different, although i wouldnt trust the stuff myself, at least its controllable.
