I actually have a full scale battle going on in my intestines right now. It was infiltrated by evil spies over 9 years ago. Little by little the sneaky operatives hiding in the shadows had been taking over without me ever knowing anything about them. Growing and getting stronger, working their way up the pecking order, until they had infiltrated my whole chain of command. About two years ago the leader staged a coup and ousted the friendly dudes. Unable to return the friendly dudes have been building up their forces to fight back. Up until now it has been mostly local gorilla action, just to keep them on their toes whilst the friendly dudes regroup and rebuild their strength before we re-take what is rightfully OURS!

Gorilla action was led by an excellent organic diet, daily coconut oil, daily apple cider vinegar with some organic pumpkin seeds now and then.

The BIG push started this week. Big guns are out. Troops have been issued orders that no prisoners are to be taken.

I am confident victory will be ours, although I have some casualties, with some muscle ache, stinky BM’s and some nasty heartburn as I type this message, Ooooph! But we shall defend our stomach, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.
