Dear Janet I have just read your post. It could have been me describing my symptoms exactly. It hit me overnight, two days after dental work. Funny thing is when I was on sedatives I was relatively symptom free, from being almost bedridden, the other week, on the sedatives, I was able to attend my grandaughters christening, 100 miles away, go out for dinner, felt almost normal. I'm not suggesting for one minute they are the answer for us, because coming off them is hell on earth. But I think the toxins, whatever has hit us, effect our nervous symptoms to such a degree that a lot of the symptoms are due to this being destroyed. I can't believe how different I felt and I was initially diagnosed with ME. As I said your symptoms are exactly the same as mine, and having felt the unbelievable difference, I truly believe we have to mend our nervous systems in some way. I also had vitamin B12 shots for a while and felt much better. I can empathise with everything your going through, I too have had all my amalgams removed, but find detoxing hell, and therefore havn't done much about it. Hope we can sort all this terrible stuff out. Best wishes Tracy. p.s sleeping was and is still a huge problem for me, I too and I know others went down the sleeping tablet route, I have had these withdrawn too, the withdrawal from these is horrendous and I'm not sleeping at all again. Interestingly I had a blood test at a private hospital not long ago and the safe level for Aluminium is 35, mine was 120. Bingo I thought thats the problem, and guess what only two days ago having researched, what is one of the ingredients of sleeping tablets, Aluminium! Apparently they use this for colouring. What a bizarre world. Can't win!

Hi Tracy, I dont think Janet will respond. I just checked the thread and her posts go back to 2005.... The only reason it's popped up among the present up-to-date threads is because someone responded to it (anon), which brought it back up.
